Shab-E-Meraj Aur Shab-E-Baraat Mnana Sunnat Hai Ya Biddat?

   SHAB-E-BARAAT" manana Sunnat ya Biddat? 

Aap logo ki pesh-karta ZAEEF-HADEES ke mutabik Rasoolullah "Shab-e-Baraat" apni puri zindagi me sirf ek manaaye ya har saal?


Jis ZAEEF HADEES me aata hai ke "15 Shabaan ki Raat" (Shab-e-Baraat) ko Rasoolullah ne Jannatul-Baqi Qabarstan jakar murdo keliye dua ki hai lekin sabse Ajeeb baat to ye hai ke ye Ayesha (R) se Riwayat wali Hadees se pata chalta hai ke apni puri zindagi me Raoolullah ne sirf 1 hi bhar Jannatul-Baqi Qabarstan jakar murdo ke liye dua ki. Sawal ye paida hota hai ke har saal "15wi Shaaban ki Raat" ko Rasoolullah Jannatul-Baqi Qabarstan kyun nahi jaaye karte the ? halanke "15 Shaban" har saal aata hai. Jaisa ke ham sab jaante hai ke Rasoolullah Ramadhan me "Layl-tul Qadr" ko paane ke liye apne Biwiyo ko Ramadhan ki pure aakhri 10 Raatein jagaate aur ibadaatein karne ka hukm dete lekin "15 Shaaban" ki raat ko har saal Rasoolullah ne aisa nahi kiya warna Ayesha (R) isi Hadees me ya kisi aur dusri Hadees me kaheti ke Rasoolullah HAR SAAL "15wi Shabaan ki Raat" ko Qabarstan jaaye karte the aur hamko ibaadat ke liye uthaate the.
   Samajdaar ko ishara kaafi hai .
        Dusri Ajeeb baat to ye hai ke SHAB-e-MERAJ ko BIDDAT kahne wale log SHAB-e-BARAAT aate hi BIDDAT kya hoti hai hai bhul jaate hai. SHAB-e-MERAJ nahi manane walo ka kahena hai ke "SHAB-e-MERAAJ" manana Sahih Hadees se saabit nahi hai, ham bhi to yehi kahe ke jis tarah "SHAB-e-MERAAJ" manana Sahih Hadees se saabit nahi hai usi taraf "SHAB-e-BARAAT" manana bhi to Sahih Hadees se sabit nahi hai, ye baat aap kyun nahi samaj paa rahe ho. Waqai me ham agar Sahih Hadees ki roshni me amal karna chah rahe hai to fir SHAB-e-BARAAT manana ek Biddat hai kyunke ye Sunnat-e-Rasool nahi hai. Lekin   Logo ke amal se aisa lagta hai ke ye log Rasoolullah (SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam) ki Sahih Hadees ki roshni me amal nahi karna chah rahe hai balke ye log apne apne Jamaat ke Ameero aur Buzrogo ki pairawi karna chah rahe hai. Isiliye Sahih Hadees ko Nazar Andaaz karte huye apne apne Ulma ki pairwi karte huye BARELWI ke paas SHAB-e-MERAAJ manana jayez hai aur DEOBANDIYO ke paas SHAB-e-BARAAT" manana jayez hai halanke Rasoolullah (SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam) ki Sahih Hadees ki Roshni me Na "Shab-e-Meraj" manana jayez hai aur Na hi "Shab-e-Baraat" manana jayez hai.
   "SHAB-e-BARAT" ki SHARAI HAQIQAT:
Biddat Ki Pahchan Kaise Kare? Shab e Baraat Mnana Sunnat YA Biddat (Part 3)
    1 Sabse pahle "Shab-e-Baraat" ek Parsi alfaaz hai. Isliye ye SHARAI naam nahi hai. Hanafi Fiqh ke zariye "Parsi Culture" ne Musalmano ke andar naye naye Falsafe aur Biddatein dakhil huye hai jaisa ke ham Islami Shariyat ke alfaaz ko chhodkar Khuda, Paigambar, Namaz, Roza, Darood, Shab ye saare Parsi alfaaz istemaal karte hai jo hamko haqiqi Shariyat se dur kar rahe hai.
  2⃣ Arabic mai is Raat ko "Layl-tul-Nusf min Sha’baan" kaha jata hai yaani "Aadhe (Mid) SHABAAN KI RAAT". Islami Shariyat me "Layl-tul Qadr" ke alaawaa "Layl-tul-Nusf min Sha’baan" wali koi Raat nahi hai jise manaya jaaye.
     3⃣Is Raat ki Fazilaat to ek Sahih Hadees aati hai lekin is Raat me Raat bhar sawab ki niyyat se ibaadatein karna jis andaz se aaj log kar rahe hai kisi Sahih Hadees se sabit nahi hai.  Aaye dekhte hai wo fazilat wali Hadees: Rasoolullah (SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam) ne farmaya: *"15 Shaban ke Raat Allah apne MAKHLUQ ko RAHMAT ki nazar se dekhta hai aur saare Insaano ki magfirat kar deta hai siway Mushrik (Mushrik me Kafir bhi Shamil hote hai) aur Dilo me keena-kapat rakhne walon ke".* ( Ibn Ma’aja Silsila Saheeh 1652) ⤴Lekin Is Hadees me Is Raat Ke Liye Makhsoos Ibadat Karne Ki Na Koi Daleel Hai Aur na hi Kisi Ibadat Ka Hukum Diya Gaya Hai. Sirf Fazilat batayi gayi. Yaani: Allah is raat 2 tarah ke Insaano ko nahi baqshata 1. Allah ke sath na-insaafi karne walo ko 2. Insano ke sath na-insaafi karne walo (Shirk Wa Kufr Allah ke sath na-insaafi hai)
4⃣Aap kahenge ke jab Allah is Raat me Apne Makhluq ko Rahmat ki nazar se dekhta hai to kyun na ham Allah ke nazar me is Raat Ibadaat karte huye nazar aaye? Ham kahenge aap aisa bhi nahi kar sakte kyunke ye Fazilat wali Raat sirf aaj hi apki zindagi me pahli baar nahi aarahi hai, balke.... ye Raat Muhammadur Rasoolullah (SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam) aur Sahaba ki zindagiyo me bhi har saal aaya karti thi lekin lekin unone apke jaisa apne logic ke hisaab se apna man-maana amal nahi kiya karte the balke Islam ko apse zyada samaja karte the aur wo to Allah ki Wahee ki mutabik amal kiya karte the aur waise bhi dusri koi Sahih Hadees se ye baat saabit nahi hai ke Rasoolullah (SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam) ya Sahaba is Raat me koi Khaas Ibaadatein kiya karte the.  *
       Ek Zaeef Hadees ka Sahara:*  Is Raat me Ibadaatein karne aur Qabrstan jaakar dua karne ke liye ye Zaeef Hadees pesh ki jaati hai. *
                             "Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha kehati hai ke ek Raat Rasoolullah (SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam) Ayesha ke waha the, Rasolullah (SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam) achanak waha se nikle, Ayesha unke ke piche nikli to kya dekhti hai ke Aap Baqee Qabristaan me tashreef le gaye, Rasolullah (SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam) ne unhe (Ayesha ko) dekha to farmaya "kya tumhe is baat ka andaza tha ke Allah aur Uske Rasool tum par zulm karenge" (Yaani aaj raat apke paas meri baari hote huye apko chhod kar mai dusre Biwi ke paas jaauga), Ayesha ne kaha ke "Aye Allah ke Rasool ! Mujhe ye shak hua tha ke shayad aap kisi aur beewi k yaha chale gaye", tab aap ne farmaya: "Beshak Allah tabarak o ta'ala shabaan ki pandarvi (15th) raat ko aasmaani dunya par nuzool hota hai phir is se zayada wo utne loogo ki magfirat karta hai jitne banu Kalb ki bakriyo ke baal hai".* (Sunan Tirmizi Hadees no. 739, Sunan Ibne Maaja Hadees no. 1389) Is hadees ko Imam Tirmiz, Imam Bukhari, Imam Daarul Qutni, Allama Ibn Jauzi, Allama ibn Baaz aur Muhaddis Sheikh Nasiruddin Albaani Rahimahullah wagaira ne ZAEEF qaraar diya hai. is HAdees se Malum hota hai ke :
1. Jab Hadees sahih nahi hai to phir is se Shab-e-Baraat mai qabro ki khasoosi ziyart ki mashruiyat ka saboot kaise hasil hoga?
2. Agar is Raat me ibaadatein karna sawab ka kaam hota to Aisha (R) ko bataye bina Rasoolullah chupke se Akele Qabarstan na jaate.
3. Ham sab jante hai ke Rasoolullah Ramadhan me "Layl-tul Qadr" ko paane ke liye apne Biwiyo ko pure 10 raatein jagaate aur ibadaatein karne ka hukm dete lekin "15 Shaaban" ki raat ko apne aisa nahi kiya. Samajdaar ko ishara kaafi hai.
    5⃣ Haan agar aap ko har Raat Tawajjud adaa karne ki aadat ho to aap apke ma-a-mul (daily routine) ke mutabik is raat bhi aap Tahajjud adaa kariye isme harj nahi lekin khaas isi Raat Zyada Sawab ki niyyat se koi khaas amal karna ye BIDDAT kahelaayega.
6 Fir bhi koi Shakhs is Raat jaagkar zyada amal karne ki koshish karta hai to samaj lijiye ke aisa shakhs RASOOLULLAH (SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam) ko OVERTAKE karte huye boundary cross karna chah raha hai aur apni aakhirat barbaad kar lena chah raha hai.  *Rasoolullah ko OVERTAKE karnewalo ka ANJAAM:*
1. يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تُقَدِّمُوا۟ بَيْنَ يَدَىِ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ۖ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌۭ *"Aye Imaan waale logo! Allah aur uske Rasool ke aage na bado aur Allah se darte raha karo, yaqinan Allah ta'ala sunne waala jaanne waala hai".* (Surah 49 Hujuraat : Ayat 01)
2.  : قُلْ أَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلرَّسُولَ ۖ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ *"(Aye Rasool) kahe dijiye! ke Allah ta'ala aur Rasool ki ita'at (farmadari) karo agar ye muh pher le to beshak Allah ta'ala kaafiro se muhabbat nahi karta".* (Surah 03 Ale Imran : Ayat 32)
3.  وَمَن يُشَاقِقِ ٱلرَّسُولَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ ٱلْهُدَىٰ وَيَتَّبِعْ غَيْرَ سَبِيلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ نُوَلِّهِۦ مَا تَوَلَّىٰ وَنُصْلِهِۦ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ وَسَآءَتْ مَصِيرًا *"Jo shakhs ba-wajoodh Raah hidaayat ke waazeh ho jaane ke bhi Rasool ke khilaaf kare aur tamaam Momino ki Raah chhod kar chale, hum use udhar hi mutawajje kar denge jidhar wo khud mutawajje ho aur JAHANNAM mein daal denge,wo pahonchne ki bahuth hee buri jagah hai."* (Surah 04 Nisaa’a : Ayat 115)
4.  : يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَرْفَعُوٓا۟ أَصْوَٰتَكُمْ فَوْقَ صَوْتِ ٱلنَّبِىِّ وَلَا تَجْهَرُوا۟ لَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ كَجَهْرِ بَعْضِكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ أَن تَحْبَطَ أَعْمَٰلُكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُون *"Aye Imaan waalo! apni awaaze Nabi ki awaaz se upar na karo aur na unse oonchi awaaz se baath karo, jaise aapas me ek dusre se karte ho, kahi (aisa na ho ke) tumhaare amaal akaarat jaaye aur tumhe qabar bhi na ho".* (Surah 49 Hujuraat : Ayat 02)  Khulasa: _"15wi Shaaban" ki Raat ki Fazilat to sahih Hadees se sabit hai lekin is raat sawab ki niyyat se saari raat ibaadatein karna biddat hai kyunki is Raat ki fazilat ke bawjood Rasoolullah ne kisi Sahih Hadees me is Ummat ko is raat khaas ibaadatein karne ka hukm nahi diya._ _Ham sab jante hai ke Rasoolullah Ramadhan me "Layl-tul Qadr" ko paane ke liye apne Biwiyo ko pure 10 raatein jagaate aur ibadaatein karne ka hukm dete lekin "15 Shaaban" ki raat ko apne aeisa nahi kiya warna Ayesha (R) isi Hadees me ya kisi aur dusri Hadees me kaheti ke Rasoolullah HAR SAAL "15wi Shabaan ki Raat" ko Qabarstan jaaye karte the aur hamko ibaadat ke liye uthaate the. Samajdaar ko ishara kaafi hai.      Allahu Aalam Sawab.
