Khwatin ko Char Shadi ki Mumaniyat ki Wajoohat.

*Aurton Ko Chaar Shaadi Ki Mumaniyat Ki Wujoohaat (Reasons):*

                     Allah Taala Ka Farmaan Hai:

فَانۡکِحُوۡا مَا طَابَ لَکُمۡ مِّنَ النِّسَآءِ مَثۡنٰی وَ ثُلٰثَ وَ رُبٰعَ ۚ فَاِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ اَلَّا تَعۡدِلُوۡا فَوَاحِدَۃ  

*Tarjuma*: Tum un say nikah karlo do do teen teen chaar chaar say lekin agar tumhein barabari na kar sakney ka khauf ho to aik hi kafi hai.

Surah Nisa, Surah No: 4   Ayat No: 3
Goya aik se ziyada shadi ka hukm e elahi sirf mardon ko hai, aurton ko nahi. aisa kiyun hai is ke kuch reasons neechey dekhen:
*Pehli Wajah*: Aurton par kuch din aisay guzartey hain jin mein wo hambistari ke qabil nahi hoti hain jaisay haiz or nifas. Medical ki nazar mein haalat e hamal mein neez agar aurat bemaar hai ya aisi pareshani mein hai jis mein jimaa (sex) nahi kar sakti hain to us mein aurat ki majboori hai aur mard aksar makhsoos masail ke alawah bhi aam halaat mein un pareshaniyon se do chaar kam hi hota hai.
*Doosri Wajah*: Allah Taala ne aurton ko mardon ke bil-muqabil kamzoor paida kiya hai aur yeh Allah taala ki bohat badi hikmat hai.
*Teesri Wajah*: Is mein bohot badi hikmat hai ke Allah Taala ne is ke zariye honay waley fasadaat ka khatma kar diya hai. Misaal ke taur par aik aurat chaar mardon se shadi karti hai aur woh haamla hoti hai to waza e hamal ke baad (means bachchey ke paida honey ke baad) woh bachcha un charon mein se kis ka maana jayega?
chunkay aulaad ki mohabbat aur un ki zaroorat sab ko hoti hai agar aisa hota to faisla kaisay mumkin hota.
*Chauthi Wajah*: Mard fitri taur par aurton ki nisbat kai shadiyon ka ziyada khawahishmand hota hai.
*Panchwin Wajah*: Aik aurat jis ke aik se ziyada shauhar hon, usay bayak waqt aik se ziyada mardon se jinsi talluqaat rakhney padengey to us ko bohat si jinsi bemariyan lag sakti hain jo woh apne kisi shohar ko muntaqil (transfer) kar sakti hai, chahay us ke tamam shohron ke doosri khawateen se ghair azdawaji ta’lluqaat na bhi hon lekin yeh soorat e haal mard ko aik se ziyada biwiyan rakhnay ki soorat mein paish nahi aati.
*Chatti Wajah*: Islam ne aurat ko ghar ki malika aur nigran banaya hai. Woh shauhar ki aulaad aur ghar ki dekh bhaal karti hai, aur yeh kaisay mumkin hai ke woh aik se ziyada gharon ki dekh bhaal kar sakay.
*Satween Wajah*: Mard ke andar aik fitri ghairat hai, jo har saleem ul fitrat (jiski fitrat salamat ho us) shakhs ke andar payi jati hai, ke biwi ke muamlay mein woh kisi ki sharaakat bardasht nahi karta. yeh ghairat na sirf insanon mein hai balkay haiwanon mein bhi payi jati hai ke woh bhi is muamlay mein sharaakat bardasht nahi kartey.
Jaisa ke *Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah* ne *Amr bin Memoon* ke hawalay se bandron ke waqiye ki taraf ishara kiya hai. *Hafiz Ibn e Rahimahullah* ne Fatah ul Bari mein isay tafseel se zikr kiya hai. Amr bin Memoon kehte hain ke mein Yemen mein aik teeley par apney khaandan ki bakriyan chara raha tha ke aik bandar aur bandariya wahan aaye. Bandar ne bandariya ka baazu apne sir ke neechay rakha aur so gaya. Is douran aik aur bandar aaya aur us ne bandariya ko behkaya aur woh us ke saath chali gayi aur thora door ja kar unhon ne badkaari ki, phir bandariya wapas aayi aur apna haath bandar ke sir ke neechay daakhil karna chaha to woh jaag utha. Us ne usay songha aur chillanay laga. Kai bandar ikaththay ho gaye, woh musalsal chillaye jaa raha tha aur us bandariya ki taraf ishara kar raha tha. Bandar idhar udhar gaye aur us bandar ko le aaye jis ne badkaari ki thi. Unhon ne un dono ke liye aik garha khoda aur unhein Rajm kar diya .

Isi tarah khinzeer ke alawah tamam janwaron mein yeh ghairat pai jaati hai. jab haiwaan bardasht nahi kar saktey ke un ki mo'annas (female) ko koi aur nar jufti karey to insaan apni shrik e hayaat mein sharaakat kaisay bardasht kar sakta hai?
In tamam zahiri wujoohaat se pata chalta hai ke aurat char shadi ke Layeq hi nahi, isi liye usay char shaadi se mana kiya gaya hai. In wujoohaat ke alawah asal hikmat aur asal wajah ka jannay wala wahi hai jis ne hamein shadi ka aisa fitri qanoon diya. Jo Dana or Beena hai.
