Bachha paida hone ke 7 din (days) Baad Jo Janwar zibah Kiya jaye use aqeeqa kaha jaata hai
Zamaana e jaahiliyat me Arab ke yahan ye ma'roof cheez thi
Raha aqeeqa to wilaadat ke waqt Janwar zibah karne Ko aqeeqa kehte hain
Or ye cheez Nabi e Kareem ﷺ ki wilaadat se qabl bhi pai jati thi

Nabi e Kareem ﷺ se saabit shuda saheh ahadees me aqeeqe ki mashruiyat sabit hai

Daure jaahiliyat me jab hamare yahan kisi k bachha paida hota to wo 1 Bakra zibah karke uska khoon bachhe ke sir (head) par malte
Or jab _اَللّٰہُ ta' ala Islam le Aya to ham Bakra zibah karte or bachhe ka sir (head) mundwaate or bachhe ke sir(head) Ko zaafraan malte the

Or zaafraan khushbu ki 1 kism hai

Jaisa k k sareeh or saheh dalail is baat par dalalat karte hain unme se kuch darj e zael hain
Amma Ayesha r.a bayaan Karti hain ke Rasool e Kareem ﷺ ne unhe bachhe (boy) ki jaanib se poori 2 aur bachhi (girl) ki janib se 1 Bakri zibah karne ka hukm diya

Or Jo.musalmaan bhi 2 ghulaam musalmaan aurto Ko azaad karega to wo dono aurte us ke liye jahannam se azaadi ka baes hongi

To is tarah ye fazeelate or farq sareeh sunnnat aqeeqe me bhi jari hai
Or ye Kyun na ho halanki saheh sunnat se bachhi (girl) ke bachhe (boy) me farq sareeh or wazeh maujood hai

Or 1 dusri jagaah par ibne qayyim Rh kehte hain
Allah subhana wata'ala ne mard Ko aurat par fazilat di hai
Jaisa ke farmaan e Bari ta'la hai
Or ladka ladki jaisa nahi

Is farq ka taqaaza h k ahkaam me bhi is to taujee ki jaye shariyat e mutahhara ne ye farq karte hue mard Ko gawaahi Meera's or deeyat me 2 aurto.ke Barabar kaha hai to is ahkaam me aqeeqe Ko bhi milaaya jayega

Ibne qayyim Rh ke qaul.ka.khulaasa
Aqeqe ke fawaid me ye bhi shaamil hai ke ye qurbani hai jiske zariye se bachhe ki amad ke Baad sabse pehle Allah ka qurb hasil hota hai
Or isme fawaid me ye bhi shaamil h k ye ye bachhe Ko Rahan or girvi se chutkaara or azaadi dilaata hai
Kyunki bachhe aqeeqe ke saath Rahan or girvi hota hai hatta k aqeeqa karke use azaad kar diya jaye
Or iske fawaid me ye bhi shaamil hai
Ye fidya Hai Jo bachhe k fidya diya jaata hai
His tarah _اَللّٰہُ subhana wata ala ne Hz ismail a.s ne fidya me mendha diya tha

Aqeeqe ka Sabse behetreen or Afzal waqt wilaadat ke saatwe Roz hai
Kyunki Rasool e Akram ﷺ ka farmaan hai
Har bachha Apne aqeeqe k saath girvi or Rahan Rakha hua hai
Iski janib se saatwe Roz iski janib se zibah Kiya jaye or sir (head) mundaa jaye or Naam Rakha jaye
Sunan Abu daud (2838)Allama albani se ise apni saheh abu daud me saheh karaar diya hai
Or agar satwe Roz se takheer bhi ho jaye toi is me koi harj nahi
Jab bhi musalmaan aqeeqa karne ki istita'at rakhe to ise aqeeqa karna chahiye
