Kya life Insurance karna haraam hai? Iski Shara’i haisiyat kya hai?
*✿Jawab:✿*
الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام علىٰ رسول الله، أما بعد
Life Insurance jisay beema e zindagi (zindagi ka beema) kehte hain aam taur par is ki surat yeh hoti hai ke 1 shakhs 10000 ya 20000 rupees par insurance karata hai to yeh paise usay aik muqarrara muddat ke andar qiston mein ada karni hoti hai. Jab yeh paise ya muddat poori hoti hai to usay asal raqm (paise) aur us par munafa bhi milta hai. Is muddat se pehle us ki mout ho jaye to us ke waris ban-ne waalon ko poori raqm company jo beema karti hai ada kar deti hai.
*Hamare nazdeek yeh life insurance teen reasons ki bina par najaaiz hai:*
*Pehla:* Is liye ke tamam Insurance companies jo kaarobar karti hain woh soodi hota hai aur sood ki hurmat islam mein badi wazeh hai aur woh company is sood hi ka kuch hissa insurance karane walon ko deti hai.
*Doosra:* Quran ne haraam aur najaaiz kaam mein taawun (madad) karne se bhi mana farmaya hai:
وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ
*Tarjumah:* Gunah aur sar-kashi ke kamon mein taawun na karo.
*(Surah No: 5 Ayat No: 2)*
Aur yeh companies aam taur par sood ki bunyaad par qaim hoti aur chalti hain. Is liye un se taawun goya sood ke rivaaj aur phailaao mein taawun hai aur yeh jaaiz nahi.
*Teesra:* Is ke alawa is mein juye (gambling) ka bhi aik pehlu paaya jata hai. Life Insurance karane waale aam taur par is zehan se sochte hain ke agar zindah rahe to asal raqm mehfooz hi hai kuch munafa (profit) bhi mil jayega aur agar mar gaye to warison ka kaam ban jayega is liye woh aik lehaaz se marne ya jeene ki baazi lagate hain aur is tarah juye (gambling) ki yeh aik qism ban jaati hai jise quran ne haraam qaraar diya hai waise bhi yeh sawal paida hota hai ke company aik saath raqm (paise) us shakhs ko deti hai yeh kya hai? Zahir hai na hadiya aur na tohfa hai aur na hi woh usay qarz e hasna de rahi hoti hai to phir wazeh hai ke sood mein se usay hissa ada kiya jaa raha hota hai. Haan agar muzaribat ki shakal ho yani company halal kaarobar mein us ka maal lagati hai aur phir nafa aur nuqsaan mein woh shareek hain aur muqarrara muddat ke baad hisaab kar ke us ka munafa us ko de diya jaata hai to yeh jaaiz hai.
