Kya Kisi Bete Ki Kamjori Ki wajah Se Use Hm Jayedad Me Jyada De Sakte Hai?
ATIYA O HADIYA WAGHAIRA DENEME AULÃD KE DARMIYÃN "ADL" KARNÃ "WÃJIB" HAi
❣Hazrat Noumãn bin Basheer Razi'Allahu anha sè riwãyat hai ke "inkè Wãlid nè inhè Rasool'Allah( ﷺ) ki khidmat mè layè aur arz kiyã mai nè apnè iss bètè ko ek(1) ghulãm bataurè hadiyã diyã hai- Aap( ﷺ) nè daryãft farmãyã kyã aisã hee ghulãm apnè doosrè ladkon ko bhi diyã hai? Inhonè kahã nahi, tou Aap( ﷺ) nè farmãyã phir (iss sè bhi) Wãpas lèlo"
2) Ek riwãyat me yè lfãz hai ke Rasool'Allah( ﷺ) nè farmãyã:
،فاتقوا الله وا عدلوا بين اولادكم;1
"Allah-ta'ala sè Daro aur Apni Aulãd kè darmiyãn adl karo"
❣ Hazrat Noumãn bin Basheer (r.z.a) sè marwi ek riwãyat mè hai ke Rasool'Allah( ﷺ) nè teen (3) martaba farmãyã ( وا عدلوا بين اولادكم)
"Apni aulãd ke Darmiyãn insãf karo"2

1⃣ (Imãm ibn qayyim.r.a) Hadees me hukm wajoob ke liye hai aur un Hazrãt ka qoul intehayi ta'ajjub kher hai jo kahete hai ke ye hukm wajoob ke liye nahi balke istehbaab ke liye hai.

2⃣(Imãm Bukhãri r.a) Farmate hai apne baaz ladkon ko agar (kisi ne) koi cheez bature hubb di tou jab tak insaaf ke saath tamãm ladkon ko baraabar na deye hubb jayez nahi hoga.(1)

3⃣(Shaikh ibn baaz r.a) Aulad me se baaz ko baaz doosron par fazeelat dena manã hai aur inke darmiyãn adl karna Wajib hai khawãh wo ladke ho ya ladkiyãn-(2)

4⃣(shaikh ibn uthaymeen r.a) "Insãn ke liye jãyez nahi ke wo apni aulãd me Ek ko doosre par Fazeelat de".

5⃣(Shaikh ibn jibreen) " Wãlid par laazim hai ke wo apni aulãd ke darmiyãn Adlo insaaf se kaam le aur inme se kisi ko bhi kisi doosre par Kuch dene' na dene' koi Hadiyã o Atiya wagairah atã karne me fazeelat na de".

Mãloom huva ke "Wãlid par Wãjib hai ke wo apni saari aulãd ke darmiyaan Adl kare"- " Agar ek ko kuch de tou baqi Beton ya Betiyon ko bhi wo cheez de", "warna ek ko bhi nã de aur agar Walid aisã nahi kartã balke apne baaz bacchon ko baaz doosron par fouqiyat o fazeelat detã hai tou bilãshuba Roze Qayãmat Baargãhe ILÃHI me iskã jawãb dah hogã.
*AGAR KOI BACHCHÃ ZYÃDAH FARMÃNBARDÃR HO TOU KYÃ WÃLID USÈ DOOSRE BACHCHON SE ZYÃDAH DE SAKTÃ HAI❓*
▶Shaikh ibn baaz r.a:- Kisi ne daryãft kiyã ke kuch bachche apne waledain ke saath husno sulook aur sila rahmi karne me doosron se imtiyãz rakhte hai, jiski wajha se waledain bhi iske saath husno sulook aur atiya o tahãyif dene me khusoosi muãmlãt karte hai kyun ke isne bhi apne walid ke saath sila rahmi me mumtãz haisiyat rakhi hai, tou kyã iss imtiyãz ki binã par iski sila rahmi ke auz ise aur atiya dene me khusoosi riã'yat denã adal o insãf hai⁉️
Shaikh ne jawãb diyã:
⭕️isme koi shak o shuba nahi ke aulãd me se kuch bachche bahetar aur achche hote hai aur iska ilm bhi har ek ko hai, " lekin iss wajha se Walid ke liye ye jayez nahi ke wo kisi ko doosre par tarjee de" balke ise Nabi kareem( ﷺ) ke Farmãn par amal karte huve adalo insãf ka muzãhra karnã chãhiye- Nabi kareem( ﷺ) ka farmãn hai{
،فاتقوا الله وا عدلوا بين اولادكم}
"Allah-ta'ala se daro aur apni aulãd ke darmiyãn adl karo"
"Lehãza Walid ke liye jãyez nahi ke wo kisi ek bachche ko doosre se imtiyãzi haisiyat detã ho iske saath doosre se bahetar sulook kare", Balke Wajib ye hai ke wo aulãd me Sab ke saath adlo insãf se kaam le, balke ise sab ko naseehat karni chãhiye taake wo neki o husno sulook aur Allah-ta'ala aur iske Rasool ki farmãnbardãri kare-
Lekin ise atiya dene me kisi bhi bachche ke darmiyãn fazeelat se kaam nahi lenã chãhiye "aur nã hee wo baaz ke liye wasiyat kare aur baaz ko kuch na de" , balke wo sab wirãsat me barãbar ke shareek hai aur inhe atiya o miraas me
se hisse milenge jo Shariyate islãmiyã ne inke liye moqarrar kardye hai ise inke maabean Adl se kaam lenã hogã jaisã ke shartiyate islãmiyã me moujood hai lehãza Mard ko Aurat se dugnã milegã-
Agar wo Beton ko ek hazaar(1000) de tou betiyon ko paancvh sau(500) milegã aur agar wo aqal mand hoshiyãr aur bãligh hote huve ek doosre ko muãf karden aur wãze taur par ijãzt den ke hamare bhai ko itna de do tou koi harj nahi-
Lehãza agar bagair kisi chupãu aur qouf o khudsha ke kahete hai ke Hamãri taraf se aap ise gaadi ya fulãn cheez de sakte hai tou isme koi harj nahi-
⭕️NOTE:- Zindagi me bachchon ke darmiyãn taqseem ki jaane wãli jaaydãd Hubb kahelãyegi aur aulãd ko koi bhi cheez Hubb karne kã Usool ye hai ke jo cheez ek ko di jaaye wahi cheez Baaqi sab Bachchon ko bhee dî jaaye aur agar itni isteta'at Na ho tou ek ko bhi Na dî jaaye-
Albatta itni gunjãyish zaroor hai ke agar koi bachcha zyãda Tangdast ghareeb aur mohtaaj ho tou baaqi bachchon ke Mashware aur ijãzat o razãmandi se ise doosre se zyãda diyã jaa saktã hai- kyun ke ye inka haq hai aur jab wo apna haq iske liye khud chodne par tayyãr ho jaayen tou isme koi harj nahi.
