Namaz e Witr:
Witr ki fazeelat

Ibadat qurb e ilaahi ka zariya hai aur witr ibadaton mein se qurb e ilaahi ka azeem zariya hai. Yeh ek mustaqil namaz hai jo raat mein Isha aur Fajr ke darmiyan padhi jaati hai. Is ki fazeelat mein kayi Ahadees milti hain:
عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: مَنْ خَافَ أَنْ لاَ يَقُومَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ فَلْيُوتِرْ أَوَّلَهُ وَمَنْ طَمِعَ أَنْ يَقُومَ آخِرَهُ فَلْيُوتِرْ آخِرَ اللَّيْلِ فَإِنَّ صَلاَةَ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ مَشْهُودَةٌ وَذَلِكَ أَفْضَلُ​
Tarjumah: Jabir Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Jise darr ho ki wo raat ke aakhiri hisse mein nahi uth sakega to woh raat ke shuru mein witr padh le. Aur jise ummed ho ki wo raat ke aakhir mein uth jaayega, woh raat ke aakhir mein witr padhe kiunki raat ke aakhiri hisse ki namaz ka mushahda kiya jaata hai aur yeh afzal hai.
(Sahih Muslim: 755)
Doosri Hadees mein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ وِتْرٌ يُحِبُّ الْوِتْرَ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Aur Allah witr (taaq) hai aur witr ko pasand karta hai.
*(Sahih Muslim: 2677)
*✫Witr ki namaz ka hukm.
Yeh namaz hanafiyah ke nazdeek wajib hai jabki sahih baat yeh hai ke yeh sunnat e mo'akkadah hai. Daleel:
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ الْوِتْرُ لَيْسَ بِحَتْمٍ كَهَيْئَةِ الصَّلاَةِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ وَلَكِنْ سُنَّةٌ سَنَّهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi hai ki Witr farz namaz ki tarah hatmi (wajib) nahi hai balki yeh to sunnat hai jise Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne jaari farmaya tha.

*✫Witr ki namaz ka waqt:
Is ka waqt Isha ki namaz ke baad se le kar Fajr ki namaz tak hai. Daleel:
إنَّ اللَّهَ زَادَكُمْ صَلَاةً وَهِيَ الْوِتْرُ فَصَلُّوهَا بَيْنَ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ إلَى صَلَاةِ الْفَجْر​
Tarjumah:◈* Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Beshak Allah Taala ne tumhare upar ek namaz ziyadah ki hai jis ka naam witr hai. Is witr ko Isha aur Fajr ki namaz ke darmiyan padho.

*✫Witr ka Afzal waqt:✫*
Is namaz ko takheer se ada karna ziyadah afzal hai jis ko jaagne par aitmaad ho:
عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: مَنْ خَافَ أَنْ لاَ يَقُومَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ فَلْيُوتِرْ أَوَّلَهُ وَمَنْ طَمِعَ أَنْ يَقُومَ آخِرَهُ فَلْيُوتِرْ آخِرَ اللَّيْلِ فَإِنَّ صَلاَةَ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ مَشْهُودَةٌ وَذَلِكَ أَفْضَلُ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Jabir Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Jise darr ho ki wo raat ke aakhiri hisse mein nahi uth sakega to woh raat ke shuru mein witr padh le. *✫Witr ki rak'aat:✫*
Witr ki namaz kam se kam ek rakat hai aur Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se giyarah (11) rak’aat tak padhna saabit hai. Jo log ek rakat witr ka inkaar karte hain woh sunnat ka inkaar karte hain.
Ek rakat witr padhne ke bahut se dalail hain un mein se kuch dekhen:
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: الْوِتْرُ رَكْعَةٌ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ ‏​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Ibn e Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Witr ek rakat hai raat ke aakhri hisse mein se.

Ek doosri Hadees hai:
عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ فَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِسَبْعٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِخَمْسٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِثَلاَثٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِوَاحِدَةٍ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Abu Ayyub Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Witr haq hai, jo chaahe saat (7) padh le, Jo chaahe paanch (5) padh le, jo chahe teen (3) padh le, Jo chahe ek (1) padh le.
*(Nasai: 1710)*
*Kai Sahaba e Kiraam se bhi ek rakat padhne ka suboot milta hai, un mein Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari Radhiallahu Anhu, Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma, Mu’aawiya Radhiallahu Anhu, Sa’ad Ibn e Abi Waqqas Radhiallahu Anhu aur Uthman Radhiallahu Anhu hain.*
Ek Hadees mein hai:
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي فِيمَا بَيْنَ أَنْ يَفْرُغَ مِنْ صَلاَةِ الْعِشَاءِ - وَهِيَ الَّتِي يَدْعُو النَّاسُ الْعَتَمَةَ - إِلَى الْفَجْرِ إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً يُسَلِّمُ بَيْنَ كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَيُوتِرُ بِوَاحِدَةٍ​
Tarjumah:◈* Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha se riwayat hai wo kehti hain ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Isha ki namaz se (jise log atamah kehte hain) farigh hone ke baad se subah tak giyarah (11) rak’aat padhte the, Aap har do rakat par salam pherte the aur witr ek padhte the.

Raat ki namaz do do rakat hai agar kisi ko taaqat ho to jitna chahe do do kar ke padh sakta hai, Aakhir mein ek rakat witr padh le:
صَلاَةُ اللَّيْلِ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى، فَإِذَا خَشِيَ أَحَدُكُمُ الصُّبْحَ صَلَّى رَكْعَةً وَاحِدَةً، تُوتِرُ لَهُ مَا قَدْ صَلَّى​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farman hai: Raat ki namaz do do rakat hai, fir jab koi subah ho jaane se dare to ek rakat padh le, wo uski saari namaz ko taaq bana degi.

*✫Teen (3) rakat witr padhne ka tareeqa:✫*
Is ke do (2) tareeqe hain:
*Pehla tareeqa:* Teen (3) rakat ek tashahhud se padhe. Daleel:
عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ فَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِسَبْعٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِخَمْسٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِثَلاَثٍ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَوْتَرَ بِوَاحِدَةٍ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Abu Ayyub Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Witr haq hai, jo chaahe saat (7) padh le, Jo chaahe paanch (5) padh le, jo chahe teen (3) padh le, Jo chahe ek (1) padh le.

Musalsal (continously) teen (3) rakat ada kare yani do rakat par tashahhud ke liye na baithe. Daleel:
لَا تُوتِرُوا بِثَلَاثٍ، وَلَا تُشَبِّهُوا بِصَلَاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Teen (3) rakat witr na padho aur witr ko (maghrib ki) teen (3) rakat se mushabihat na karo.
*(Awnul Ma’bood: 4/176)*
❗Is Hadees ko sahib e Awn ul Ma’bood (Azeemabadi Rahimahullah) ne Shaikhen ki shart par batlaya hai.
*Maghrib ki mushabihat se do tareeqon se bacha jaa sakta hai,* *ek yeh ke teen rakat ikaththi (ek saath) padhi jaayen, beech mein tashahhud na kiya jaaye. *Doosra tareeqa yeh hai ki Do rakat alag padh kar salam pher diya jaaye, phir ek rakat alag padhi jaaye.* Is ki Daleel neeche zikr ki jaa rahi hai.
*Doosra tareeqa:* Do rakat ek salam se padh kar phir ek salam se ek rakat padhi jaaye. Daleel:
كان يُوتِرُ بركعةٍ، وكان يتكلَّمُ بين الرَّكعتَيْن والرَّكعةِ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ek rakat witr padhte (aakhri) do rakaaton aur ek rakat ke darmiyan (salam pher kar) baat cheet bhi karte.

*✫Witr ki qirat:✫*
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam witr ki pehli rakat mein «سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى» doosri rakat mein «قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ» teesri rakat mein «قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ» padhte the. Daleel:
عَنْ أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرَأُ فِي الْوَتْرِ بِـ ‏{‏ سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى ‏}‏ وَفِي الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ بِـ ‏{‏ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ ‏}‏ وَفِي الثَّالِثَةِ بِـ ‏{‏ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ‏}‏ وَلاَ يُسَلِّمُ إِلاَّ فِي آخِرِهِنَّ وَيَقُولُ يَعْنِي بَعْدَ التَّسْلِيمِ ‏"‏ سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ "‏‏.‏ ثَلاَثًا ‏.‏​
Tarjumah: Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam witr (ki pehli rakat) mein «سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى» doosri rakat mein «قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ» aur teesri mein «قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ» padhte the aur sab se akheer mein salam pherte the. Aur salam ke baad teen baar «سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ» kehte.

❗Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne isko *Sahih* kaha hai.
*✫Dua e Qunoot ka hukm:✫*
Qunoot e witr wajib nahi, mashroo’ hai. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki Qunoot e witr ke mutalliq Hadees mein hai:
عَنْ أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كَانَ يُوتِرُ فَيَقْنُتُ قَبْلَ الرُّكُوعِ ‏​
Tarjumah Ubai bin Ka’ab Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasoolallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam witr padhte the to ruku se pehle Qunoot karte the.

*✫Dua e Qunoot ke seeghe (means alfaaz).
اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ فَإِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلاَ يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ وَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ​

*➤* Dua e Qunoot jama ke seeghe (means plural ke alfaaz) ke saath bhi hadees mein aaya hai.
*➤* Dua e Qunoot mein ziyadti karna bhi jaaiz hai. Allama Albani Rahimahullah likhte hain:
ولا بأس من الزيادة عليه بلعن الكفرة ومن الصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والدعاء للمسلمين​
Tarjumah, Dua mein ziyadti karne mein koi harj nahi hai kafiroon par la’nat, Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par darood aur musalmanoon ke liye dua ki gharz se.

*➤* Qunoot e witr ruku se pehle aur baad mein dono tarah jaaiz hai.
*➤* Dua e Qunoot mein haath uthaya jaa sakta hai jaise aam duaon mein uthaya jaata hai. Kuch logon ne kaha ke Ahadees mein haath uthane ka zikr nahi is liye haath uthana khilaaf e sunnat hai. Yeh baat sahih nahi hai. Kayi Sahaba aur Taba’een se witr ki dua mein haath uthana saabit hai jin mein Abdullah bin Mas’ood Radhiallahu Anhuma, Umar Radhiallahu Anhu, Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu, Abu Qilabah aur Imam Mak-hool wagera hain.
*➤* Abdur Rehman Mubarakpoori Rahimahullah likhte hain ke zahiri taur par dua ki tarah is mein bhi haath uthane ka suboot milta hai.

*➤* Witr ki Namaz akele aur ba-jama’at aur safar o hazar dono mein padhi jaa sakti hai jaisa ki sunnat se saabit hai.
*✫Ek raat mein do witr:✫*
Ek raat mein ek martaba hi witr padhna chahiye kiunkay Nabi kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
‏ لاَ وِتْرَانِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ ‏‏​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Ek raat mein do baar witr nahi hai.

⚠ Agar koi shakhs ek martaba witr padh kar so jaaye aur dobara qiyam karna chaahe to kar sakta hai magar baad mein witr nahi padhega jaisa ki mazkoorah (upar zikr ki gayi) hadees se wazeh hai.
Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
اجْعَلُوا آخِرَ صَلاَتِكُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ وِتْرًا​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Raat ki apni aakhri namaz witr ko banaao.

⚠ Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka yeh farmaan wujoob ke liye nahi hai.
*✫Witr ki qaza:✫*
Agar kabhi neend ki wajah se witr ki namaz na padh saken to jab bedaar ho Witr padh len. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
مَنْ نَامَ عَنْ وِتْرِهِ أَوْ نَسِيَهُ فَلْيُصَلِّهِ إِذَا ذَكَرَهُ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Jo witr ki namaz padhe bagair so jaaye ya use padhna bhool jaaye to jab yaad aaye use padh le.

*✫Witr ki namaz chorna:✫*
Witr aur Fajr ki do sunnat bahut ahem hain jinhein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne safar o hazar mein hamesha padhne ka ehtimaam kiya. Is liye hamein bhi hamesha is ka ehtimaam karna chahiye. Kabhi kabhar witr chootne ka masla nahi hai kiunki yeh sunnat e mu’akkadah hai magar barabar chorne waala bahut se ulama ke nazdeek na qabil e shahadat hai.
Sheikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah likhte hain:
الوتر سنة مؤكدة باتفاق المسلمين، ومن أصر على تركه فإنه ترد شهادته​
Tarjumah.Witr tamam musalmanon ke nazdeek muttafaqa taur par sunnat e mu’akkadah hai aur jo lagataar (continuously) ise chorta hai us ki gawahi qubool nahi ki jayegi.

NAMAZ MEIN IDHAR UDHAR NA DEKHE: (Part 02)
Anas bin Maalik RaziAllahu Anhu bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
‘Logo’n ka kya haal hai ke wo namaz me apni nigahei’n oopar uthaate hain. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne saqht tambeeh karte hue farmaya:
Log aisa karne se baaz aajaaei’n warna inki nazrei’n uchak lee (T: They will becom blind) jaei’ngi.’

Ummul Momineen Hazrath Aaisha RaziAllahu Anha bayan karti hai ke : “ Main ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam se namaz me idhar udhar dekhne ke bare me sawal kiya to Aap ne farmaya:
‘Namaz me idhar udhar dekhna bande ki namaz me shaitaan ka hissa hai.’

Sayyiduna Abdullah Bin Zubair (Radhi Allahu Anhu) farmatey hai: “Maine Abu Bakr Siddiq (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ke peechey namaz padhi, wo namaz ke shuru mein, ruku se pehle aur jab ruku se sar utthatey tou apne dono hath (kandho tak) utthatey thhey aur kehte thhey: maine Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ke peechey namaz padhi tou Aap (ﷺ) bhi namaz ke shuru mein, ruku se pehle aur ruku se sar utthaney ke baad (is tarha) rafaulyadaeen kartey thhey.”

 Sayyiduna Ali (Radhi Allahu Anhu) farmatey hai ke “Rasoolullah (ﷺ) namaz ke shuru mein, ruku mein jaaney se pehle ruku se sar utthaney ke baad aur do rakate padh kar khade hotey waqt rafaulyadaeen kartey.”

Hazrat Abu Hameed Saadi (Radhi Allahu Annhu) ki hadees bayaan karne ke baad imam ibne kuzaima is hadees ko riwayat karne ke baad farmatey hai: “Maine Muhammad bin Yahiya ko ye kehtey huwe suna ke jo shaks hadees-e-abu’hameed sunne ka bawajood ruku mein jatey waqt aur is se sar uththateu waqt rafaulyadaeen nahi karta tou uski namaz naqis hai.

Phir dayan(right) hath bayen(left) hath par rakh kar seene par bandha ley..
Sayyiduna Hulb Tayee (Radhi Allahu Anhu) farmatey hai ke maine Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ko seeney par hath rakkhe huwe dekha.

Sayyiduna Wail Bin Hujar (Radhi Allahu Anhu) Nabi-E-Kareem (ﷺ) ka namaz ka tariqa bayaan kartey huwe farmatey hai ke:
“Aap ney dayan hath bayen hath ki hateli (ki pusht) uske jod aur kalayi par rakkha.”

Sayyiduna Sahal Bin Saad (Radhi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke lougon ko Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki taraf se ye hukm diya jaata tha: “Namaz mein dayan hath bayen ziraa (kalayi) par rakkhe.”

Seene par hath bandh kar ye dua padhe:
اللهمّ باعد بيني وبين خطاياى كما باعدتّ بين المشرق والمغرب اللهمّ نقّنى من الخطايا كما ينقّى الثّوب الابيض من الدّنس، اللهمّ اغسل خطاياى بالمآء والثلج والبرد

“Jis shaksh ney namaz padhi aur us mein surah fatiha na padhi, bas wo (namaz) naqis hai, naqis hai, naqis hai, puri nahi” Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (Radhi Allahu Anhu) se pouchha gaya ke hum imam ke peechey hotey hai (phir bhi padhe?) tou Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (Radhi Allahu Anhu) ney kahan: (han!) tou isko dil mein padho.

Shuru Allah ke Naam se:
Raat k kuch hisse me Tahajjud ki Namaz me Quran ki tilawat Karen ye Zyadati aap k liye hai Anqareeb aap ka Rab aap ko Moqam Mahmood me khada karega.

Niyyat Chunki Dil Se Taaluq Rakhti Hai Is Liye Zuban Se Ada Karnay Ki Koi Zarurat Nahe Aur Niyyat Ka Zuban Se Ada Karna Rasoolullah (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Ki Sunnat Aur Sahaba (R.A) Kai Amal Se Sabit Nahe Hai.

Hazrat Aaisha (R.A) Farmati Hain Ki Rasoolullah (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Jab Raat Ko (Bistar Se Tahajjud Kai Liye) Uthtay To (Ye) Padhtay:
“Allahu Akbaru” Dus Baar (10), “Alhamdulilahi” Dus Baar, “Subhanallahi Wa Bihamdihi” Dus Baar, “Subhan-al Malikil Quddoosi” Dus Baar, “Astagfirullaha” Dus Baar, “La Ilaha Illallahu” Dus Baar, Aur Phir “Allahumma Auzubika Min Deeqid Dunya Wa Deeqi Yaumil Qiyamati” Dus Baar. Phir Kehhtay “Allahum Magfirli Wahdini Warzukni Wa Aafini” Phir (Wazu Wagaira Karkay) Tahajjud Shuru Kartay.

TARJUMA (Translation):
“Allah Sab Se Bada Hai, Sari Tareef Allah Kai Liye Hai, Allah Apni Tareef Samait (Har Aib Se) Pak Hai, Me Nihayat Hi Pakeeza Badsha Ki Paki Bayan Karta Hu’n, Me Allah Se Bakshish Talab Karta Hu’n, Allah Kai Siwa Koi (Sacha) Mabood Nahe, Aay Allah! Me Duniya Wa Aakhirat Ki Tanghiyon Se Teri Panah Maangta Hu’n. Aay Allah! Mujhay Muaf Farma, Mujhay Hidayat Ata Kar, Mujhay Rizq De Aur Aafiyat Se Nawaaz.”

Phir Roku Kiya. Aap (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Ka Roku Aap (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Kai Qiyam Ki Manind Tha. (Yaani Qiyam Ki Tarah Roku Bhi Kafi Taveel Kiya).
Phir Aap (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Ne Roku Se Sar Uthaya. Aap (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Ka Qoma Aap (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Kai Roku Ki Manind Tha (Yaani Roku Ki Tarah Qoma Bhi Kafi Lamba Kiya)
Aap (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Ka Sajdah Aap (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Kai Qomay Ki Manind Tha (Yaani Qomay Ki Tarah Sajdah Bhi Kafi Lamba Kiya).
Aap (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Dono Sajdo Kai Darmiyan (Jalsa Me) Aapnay Sajde Ki Manind Baithay Thay (Yaani Sajde Ki Tarah Jalsa Me Bhi Der Lagai Aur Khub Itminan Kiya).
Pas Aap (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Ne Char (4) Rakaton Me Surah Baqara, Surah Aal-E-Imran, Surah Nisa Aur Surah Maeda Padhain.

Rasoolullah (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Ka Bil Amoom Witr Padhnay Ka Tarika, Hazrat Aaisha (R.A) Yu’n Bayan Farmati Hain Ki:
“Nabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) Namaz-e Isha Se Fajr Tak Gyarah (11) Rakatain Padhtay. Har Do (2) Rakaton Kai Par Salaam Phairtay Aur Eak Rakat Witr Padhtay.”

Mere chacha kya main aapko ek atiya na karu ? kya Ek hadiya na du ? kya ek Tohfa pesh na karu ?
kya main aapko aisa amal na bataun ki jab aap isko karenge to aapko 10 fayde hasil honge
Yani Allah ta"ala aapke Agle , pichle , purane , naye, galti se kiye huve , jaan bujh kar kiye huve, chote, bade, chup kar kiye huve aur khullam khullah kiye huve sab gunaah maaf farma denge.

```🔸Witr ki Namaz ek baehtreen ibadat hai jisse Allah ka qurb hasil hota hai. Ulemao me se kuch (Hanafi) ne ye kaha ki ye Namaz fard hai lekin Sahih ahkaam yahi hai ki Ye Sunnat e mu’akkadah hai.```

1. ۩ WITR KA WAQT:
```Shaykh Muhammad Salih Al Munajjid farmate hai  Witr ki namaz ka shuru ka waqt tab hota hai jab ek shaks Isha padh chuka hota hai agarche isha  ko magrib ke sath hi kyu na padha gaya ho magrib ke waqt. Aur is namaz ka khatm hone ka waqt fajr se pahle hai. RasoolAllah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya, “Allah ne tumpar ek namaz Mukarrar ki hai jo Witr hai; Allah ne tumpar ye namaz Isha ki Namaz aur Fajr ki shuruat ke bich mukarrar ki hai.”```
Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 425; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

2.  ۩ WITR KYA SHURU KE WAQT ME PADHA JAYE YA AKHIR KE WAQT ME:
```Nabi ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya, “Jo Shakhs aakhir raat me na uth sake toh wo shuru raat me witr padh le aur jo aakhir raat me uth sake wo aakhir raat witr padhe kyuki aakhri raat ki Namaz behtreen hai.”```

3.  ۩  WITR KI NIYAT:
```Rasool ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya “Tamaam Amal ka daromadar niyat pe hai”```
Sahih al Bukhari, hadith-1.``
Wazahat: Kisi bhi Namaz ke liye niyat karna zaruri hai lekin Namaz ki Niyat dil se ki jaye na ke Zuban se.```

```Rasool ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya,” Witr har Musalman ka haq hai. To jo shaks paanch rakat witr padhna chahe to wo (paanch) rakat padhe aur jo teen rakat witr padhna chahe to (teen rakat) padhe aur jo koi ek rakat witr padhna chahe to (ek rakat witr) padhe.”```

`NOTE: Rasool ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya, “Witr, Aakhir raat me ek rakat hai”.```

5.  ۩ TEEN RAKAT WITR PADHNE KA TAREEKA
```🔸Teen rakat witr padhne ke do (2) tarike hai:```

```🔸Ek ye hai ki Teen rakat ke witr me kisi rakat me na baithe siwae aakhri rakat me. Iska matlab dusre rakat me tashahudd ke liye bina baithe hi uth jana hai ya aesa kah sakte hai ki dusri rakat ke sajde ke baad hi uth jana hai.```
```Hazrat Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ki RasoolAllah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм teen rakat witr padhte the aur wo aakhri rakat ke alawa kisi rakat me nahi baithte the.```

*Narrated by al-Nasaa’i, 3/234; al-Bayhaqi, 3/31. al-Nawawi said in al-Majmoo’ (4/7): it was narrated by al-Nasaa’i with a hasan isnaad, and by al-Bayhaqi with a saheeh isnaad.```*

```🔸Dusra tarika ye hai ki 2 rakat padh kar salaam fere hai aur fir ek rakat alag se padhna hai.``
```Ibn Umar r.a. riwayat karte hai ki wo do rakat ko ek rakat se Tasleem (Salaam) ke sath alag kiya karte the, aur wo farmate hai ki aeisa RasoolAllah kiya karte the.```

*Narrated by Ibn Hibbaan (2435); Ibn Hajar said in al-Fath (2/482): its isnaad is qawiy (strong).```

6.  ۩ PAANCH YA SAAT RAKAT WITR

```🔸Lekin agar koi panch ya saat rakat witr padhe to wo musalsal honi chahiye aur sirf akhri rakat me Tashahudd padhe aur fir Tasleem (salaam) kahe. Kyuke```

```Umm Salamah r.a. riwayat karti hai ki RasoolAllah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм panch ya sath rakat witr padhte the aur wo  uske bich koi salam ya alfaz se alag nahi karte the.```

`Narrated by Ahmad, 6/290; al-Nasaa’i, 1714. al-Nawawi said: Its isnaad is jayyid. Al-Fath al-Rabbaani, 2/297. and it was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Nasaa’i.```

7.  ۩  NAU (9) RAKAT WITR

```🔸Agar wo nau (9) rakat witr padhna chahe to kisi bhi rakat me na baith siwae aathwe rakat me. Aathwe rakat me baith kar sirf tashahud kahe aur salaam na kahe aur fir wo khada ho jaye. Fir 9 rakat me tashahud aur salaam dono padh kar Namaz khatm kare.```

8. ۩  GYARA RAKAT WITR

```🔸Agar wo 11 rakat witr padhna chahe to har 2 rakat me salaam fere aur fir akhir me 1 rakat padhe.```

9. ۩ WITR KO MAGRIB KI TARHA NA BANANA

 ```RasoolAllah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne farmaya ki Witr ko teen rakat magrib ke tarha na banao.```

`Narrated by al-Haakim, 1/403; al-Bayhaqi, 3/31; al-Daaraqutni, p. 172. Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar said in Fath al-Baari (4/301): Its isnaad fulfils the conditions of the two Shaykhs (al-Bukhaari and Muslim).``

```🔸“Allaahumma ihdini feeman hadayta wa ‘aafini feeman ‘aafayta wa tawallani feeman tawallayta wa baarik li feema a’tayta, wa qini sharra ma qadayta , fa innaka taqdi wa la yuqda ‘alayk, wa innahu laa yadhillu man waalayta [wa laa ya’izzu man ‘aadayta,] tabaarakta Rabbana wa ta’aalayta .```
`[Ref : Narrated by Abu Dawood, 1213; al-Nasaa’i, 1725; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Irwa’, 429].``

Mujhe Hidaayat Dekar In Logo’n Mein Shamil Farma Jinhei’n Tune Rushd o Hidaayat Se Nawaaza Hai Aur Mujhe Aafiyat Dekar In Logo’n Mein Shamil Farma Jinhei’n Tune Afiyat Baqhshee Hai Aur Jin Logo’n Ko Tune Apna Dost Banaaya Hai In Mein Mujhe Bhi Shamil Karke Apna Dost Banaale. Jo Kuch Tune Mujhe Ataa Farmaya Hai Is Mein Mere Liey Barkat Daal de aur Jis Sharr o Buraai Ka Tune Faisla Farmaya Hai Is se Mujhe Mehfooz Rakh Aur Bachaale.
Yaqeenan Tuhi Faisla Saadir Farmata Hai Tere Khilaaf Faisla Saadir Nahi Kiya Jaasakta Aur Jiska Tu Dost Banaa Wo Kabhi Zaleel o Khuwaar Aur Ruswa Nahi Ho Sakta Aur Wo Shaqs Izzat Nahi Paasakta Jise Tu Dushman Kahe, Aey Hamaare Rab! Tu (Badaa) Hi Barkat Waala Aur Buland o Baala Hai’.```

```🔸Jo Brackets me dua hai [wa laa ya’izzu man ‘aadayta,] wo Sunan Abu Daud ki sahih hadith me hai lekin Ye Alfaz Sunan Nasai ki Sahih hadith me nahi hai. Toh Isliye jo dua ke izafi alfaz hai wo padh bhi sakte hai aur nahi bhi, Dono Tarike Sahih hai.```

11. ۩  DUA E QUNOOT RUKU SE PAHLE YA RUKU KE BAAD ME?

```🔸Is mualmle me ulemao me ikhtilaf hai. Lekin aksar ulemao ka ye kahna hai ki Dua e qunoot ruku se pahle aur ruku ke baad dono kar sakte hai aur dono ki ijazat hai.```

``Lekin behtar Raae ye hai ki dua e Qunoot ruku se pahle kiya jaye. Ye isliye kyuki koi bhi sahih/hasan riwayat nahi hai jaha RasoolAllah ya sahaba duaein qunoot e witr me Ruku ke baad qunoot padha karte the. Balki sahabao se ye sabit hai ki wo ruku se pahle qunoot e witr padha karte the:```

```‘Asim Ahwal riwayat karte hai ki Maine Anas bin Malik se Qunut ke bareme pucha. Anas r.a. ne jawab diya, “Bilkul (ye padha jata tha)”. Maine pucha ki ruku se pahle ya ruku ke baad? Anas r.a. ne jawab diya: ‘Ruku se pahle’. Maine kaha Fula ne kaha hai ki apne unse bataya hai ki ruku ke baad hai. Anas r.a. ne farmaya, ‘Usne Jhut [Hijazi dialect ke mutabik use galti lagi] kaha’. Allah ke Rasool ne Qunut ruku ke baad ek mahine ke liye padha tha. Anas r.a. Farmate hai jab Mushreken ne 70 Sahaba karam ko Qatal kar deya tou ”Nabi ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ne Ek Ma’ah (30 day) Qunut Farmaye jisme Aap ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм un (ke Qatal Musreko) per Bad-dua karte Rahe”.```

12.  ۩  RUKU KE BAAD WALI RIWAYAATE

```🔸Witr me Ruku ke baad Qunut ki tamam riwayat zaif hai aur jo riwayat sahih hai unme ye wazeh nahi hai ki Aap ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ka ruku ke baad wala Qunut, Qunut witr tha ya Qunut e Nazila. Isliye Witr me qunut ruku se pahle padha jana chahiye.```

Sahih al Bukhari ki tafseer Fath al-Bari me kahte hai, Ye saare riwayato ko Tajzeeh karne ke baad hame ye pata chalta hai ki ye ek aam mamool tha ki dua e qunut witr se pahle padha jata tha. Ham chahe 8 padhe ya 20 padhe ya 100 ra’kaat padhe lekin uski taadaat hamare Pyare Nabi SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam ke Sunnat ke mutabik aur Khulfa Raashedin ke amal ke mutabik ho jo SAHIH HADEES se sabit ho. Log 20 rakaat ko Sabit karne ke liye Zaeef Hadeese bayan karne me bilkul nahi sharamte nahi.
Lekin aaj yaha 2 Sahih Hadeese pesh kar rahe hai jis se sabit ho jayega ke Nabi SallallahuA'laihiWaSallam ki sunnat kya thi aur apne khilaafat ke daur me Umar (R) ne kitni Rakaat Tarawih padhaane ka hukm diya tha. Log Umar (R) naam par 20 raka’at Tarawih ka ilzaam thopte hai jo ZAEEF Riwayato se sabit hai.

Lockdown me Eid Ki Namaj Kaise Padhni Chahiye?

Agar Kisi Ko jamat ke sath Eid ki Namaj nahi mile to wah kya karega?
Ghar Pe Eid ki Namaj Padhne me khutba Diya jayega ya nahi?

Lockdown mein eid ki namaz ka kya hukm?

وَأَمَرَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ مَوْلاَهُمُ ابْنَ أَبِي عُتْبَةَ بِالزَّاوِيَةِ، فَجَمَعَ أَهْلَهُ وَبَنِيهِ، وَصَلَّى كَصَلاَةِ أَهْلِ الْمِصْرِ وَتَكْبِيرِهِمْ.

हज़रत अनस बिन मालिक रज़ि अल्लाह अन्हु के ग़ुलाम इब्न अबि उतबा ज़ावीया नामी गांव में रहते थे। उन्हें आप ने हुक्म दिया था कि वो अपने घर वालों और बच्चों को जमा कर के शहर-वालों की तरह (2 रकात) नमाज़-ए-ईद पढ़ी और तकबीर कहा।

Hazrat Anas bin maalik razi Allah anho ke ghulam Ibn abi utba zavia Nami gaon mein rehte they. Unhe aap ne hukm diya tha ke woh apne ghar walon aur bachon ko jama kar ke shehar walon ki tarah (2 rakat) namaz e eid padhi aur taqbeer kaha.

حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کے غلام ابن ابی عتبہ زاویہ نامی گاؤں میں رہتے تھے ۔ انہیں آپ نے حکم دیا تھا کہ وہ اپنے گھر والوں اور بچوں کو جمع کر کے شہر والوں کی طرح (دو رکات) نماز عید پڑھیں اور تکبیر کہیں۔

🌺Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) would gather together his family and freed slaves, then his freed slave ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Abi ‘Utbah (lived in village called zavia ) would stand up and lead them (2 rakat) eid prayer saying the takbeers in them.

📜 *wazahat:* Jahan tak Eid ki namaz ka masla hai to Eid ki namaz har mukallaf par farz/wajib hai. Eid ki namaz ke Liye sunnat tariqa ye hai ki Eid ki namaz basti se baahar khule maidan (Eid-Gaah) me adaa kiya jaaye [📚Bukhari: 956]. Eid ki namaz ke silsile me is baat ka jawaaz milta hai ki kisi aham uzr ke tahat Eid ki namaz masjid me ya ghar me ada kiya ja sakta hai. *Filhaal Coronavirus (Covid-19) ki wajah se pure hindustan me lockdown laga hua hai aur har taraf bandi hi bandi yahan tak ki ibaadat-gaahen bhi band hain. Aisi iztirari haalat me Eid ki namaz ghar me ada karne me koi harj nahi hai. is ta'lluq se hamen kuch aasar Sahaaba kira'm se milte hain.  jaisa ke upar hadees mein bayaan kiya gaya hai. Imam nawawi r.a eid ki namaz ke talluk se farmate hain Ghulam aurten musafir aur khud se padhne wale ghar mein nahi padhenge toh fir aur kaha? [📚Al majmoo: 5/26].
Al Muzni rewayat karte hain imam shafai r.a se agar chaahe toh ghar mein namaz ada kar sakte hain, musafir, ghulaam, aurten [📚Mukhtasar Al umm: 8/125]. Ibne Qudamah (Hanbali) farmate hain: agar chahe toh akele padhe aur agar chahe toh jamaat se [📚Al Mughni: 2/289]. Al kharashi (maliki) farmate hain: har uss shakhs ke liye eid ki namaz padhna mushtahab hai jiski eid ki namaz jamaat se imaam ke saath chhoot gayi ho [📚 Sharah Al Kharashi: 2/104].
Ahmad Ismaa‘eel ibn Sa‘eed farmate hain ye mauquf; al-Jawzjaani, An-Nakha‘i, Maalik, ash-Shaafa‘i, Abu Thawr and Ibn al-Mundhir ka bhi raha hai.
🔹Note: *Eid ul fitr ke liye khutba dena farz nahi hai,* agar koi shakh ghar mein jamaat qayam kar raha hai apne ghar walo ke saath, agar woh chaahe toh khutba de sakta hai (agar khutba nahi diya toh isme bhi koi harj nahi hai).

  • Daayen paon ko khada kar lete aur zameen par baith jaate

  • Phir Aakhri Tash’hud padhte
  • Us me tash’hud ke ilaawa durood sheriff padhte
  Allahumma salli alaa Muhamadin wa alaa aali Muhammadin

  • Phir Aap Aakhir me Jahannum, azaab e qabr, zindagi aur maut ke fitno aur dajjaal ke fitne se Allah Ta’ala ki panaah talab karte aur wo duaayen karte jo Kitab o Sunnat me maujud aur mehfooz hai
  • Darj e zil Dua apko bahut pasand thi, balke Aap ne ise padhne ka hukm diya
Allahumma innee auzu bika min azaabil qabri, wa min azaabi jahannama, wa min fitnatil-mahyaa wal-mamamaati, wa min sharri fitnail-maseehid dajjaal 
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْر، وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ، وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسيحِ الدَّجَّالِ

  Allahumma antas-salaamu wa minkas-salaamu, tabaarakta yaa Zal-Jalaali wal-ikraam
Sahih Muslim Kitaab ul Masaajid, Hadees No. 592

  • Phir Aap wo duaayen padhtey jo kitab ahadees mehfooz aur maujud hai
  • Shaikh Saalih Fawzaan ibn al-Fawzaan hafizullah Aage farmaate hain
  • Aye Musalmaan Kitab o Sunnat ki roshni me Namaz ka ye mukhtasar sa bayaan hai
  • Aap ko chaahiye ke apni Namaz me in cheezo ka khoob ihtimaam kare taa ke Aapki namaz hatta al-imkaan Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ki Namaaz ke mutaabiq ho
  • Allah ka irshad hai
لَقَدۡ کَانَ لَکُمۡ  فِیۡ رَسُوۡلِ اللّٰہِ  اُسۡوَۃٌ حَسَنَۃٌ  لِّمَنۡ کَانَ یَرۡجُوا اللّٰہَ وَ الۡیَوۡمَ  الۡاٰخِرَ  وَ ذَکَرَ  اللّٰہَ  کَثِیۡرًا ﴿ؕ۲۱﴾
Yaqeenan tumhaare liye Rasool me umdah namoona hai, har us shaqs ke liye jo Allah Ta’ala ki aur Qayaamat ke din ki tawaqqo rakhta hai aur ba-kasrat Allah ko yaad karte hai.
 Qur’an, Surah, Ahzab, Ayat No. 21

Duniya ka koi bhi Aadmi in hadeeso ko ghalat nahi bol sakta Aap bhi tahqeeq kijiye Allah ke rasool (saw) ka namaz ka tareqa sahi hadees ki raushni me kya hai malum kijiye nahi kare to jo ibadaat Allah ke Rasool Allah ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyн ωαѕαℓℓαм tariqe se nahi wo ibadaat ya namaz Allah ko Qubool nahi.
