Mayyit ki taraf se Qurbani karne ke liye wohi suboot pesh kiye jaate hain jo Nabi ﷺ ki taraf se Qurbani karne ke liye pesh kiye jaate hain aur Nabi ﷺ ki taraf se Qurbani dene ka hukm upar maloom ho gaya. Haan koyi apni Qurbani mein mayyit ko shareek kar le to is soorat ko ulama ne jaaiz kaha hai. Is silsile mein mera nuqta e nazar (mauqif aur raaye) yeh hai ke jo log mayyit ki taraf se Qurbani dena chaahte hain woh Qurbani ka paisa mayyit ki taraf se sadqa kar den, yeh aisi soorat hai jis mein kisi ka ikhtilaaf nahi hai aur is ki daleel maujood hai. Mayyit ne agar qurbani karne ki wasiyyat ki ho to phir us ka nifaz zaroori hai.

*❀Khaleeji mamalik mein rehne waale apne mulk mein Qurbani de sakte hain:❀*
Bahut saare log apna ghar, walidain aur biwi bachche apne watan mein chhod kar khaleeji mamalik mein naukri karte hain. Un mein bahut se log Qurbani dena chaahte hain magar is shash o panj (confusion) mein mubtala rehte hain ke Qurbani laaziman hamein gulf mein hi deni hogi ya phir apne watan mein bhi de sakte hain?
Is silsile mein afzal yahi hai ke Qurbani dene waala wahein Qurbani de jahan rehta ho kiunki Qurbani se Allah ka taqarrub haasil hota hai. Qurbani ka janwar apne haath se zabah kare, khud khaaye aur doosron ko apne haathon se taqseem kare. Lekin ulama ne kaha hai ke Qurbani apne watan mein bhi de sakte hain. Khaas taur se us waqt jab Qurbani ke gosht se mohtajon aur miskeeno ki madad karna chaahte hain jaisa ki aaj kal dekha jaata hai ke hamaare mulkon mein bahar ke mamalik (countries) se Qurbani ke paise bejhe jaate hain taaki un Qurbaniyon se ghareeb o miskeen faida utha saken. Yeh alag baat hai ki is mein insaaf kam barta jaata hai, Qurbani ka janwar mustahiqqeen ko dene ki bajaye maaldaron ko diya jaata hai, is liye is mein amanatdaari baratne ki zaroorat hai.
Agar hum gulf mein rehte hain aur apne watan mein Qurbani dena chaahte hain to hamein apne watan mein Qurbani ke hisaab se baal aur nakhun ki pabandi karni hai. Qurbani ka waqt Namaz e Eid se shuru hota hai aur 13th Zil-Hijjah ki shaam tak rehta hai. Yeh waqt tamam mulk waalon ke liye apne apne mulk ke Qamri maheene ke hisaab se hai.

*❀Hadiya mein diya gaya Qurbani ka janwar ya paisa:❀*
Aaj kal maldaar log ya khairati idaare janwar khareed kar ya us ki qeemat miskeeno mein taqseem karte hain taaki woh bhi Qurbani de saken aise Qurbani ka janwar ya paisa masakeen ko qubool karne mein koi harj nahi hai, Allah ki taufeeq se hadiya karne waale aur Qurbani karne waale dono ko ajr o sawaab milega. Nabi ﷺ ne bhi Sahaba ko Qurbani ata farmaayi hai. ’Uqbah bin ’Amir Juhani Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain:
قَسَمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ أَصْحَابِهِ ضَحَايَا، فَصَارَتْ لِعُقْبَةَ جَذَعَةٌ، فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، صَارَتْ جَذَعَةٌ. قَالَ : ضَحِّ بِهَا​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Nabi e Akram ﷺ ne apne Sahaba mein Qurbani ke jaanwar taqseem kiye. ’Uqbah Radhiallahu Anhu ke hisse mein ek saal se kam ka bakri ka bachcha aaya. (Unhon ne bayan kiya ke) us par main ne arz kiya: Ya Rasoolallah! Mere hisse mein to ek saal se kam ka bachcha aaya hai? Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya ke tum isi ki Qurbani kar lo.
*(Sahih Bukhari: 5547)*

*❀Aise shakhs ki taraf se Qurbani jis ka aqeeqa nahi huwa:❀*
Agar Qurbani karne waale ke paas wus’at ho to Qurbani ke saath aqeeqa bhi kar le (Qurbani aur aqeeqa dono ka janwar alag hona chaahiye) taaki dono sunnatein poori ho jaayen lekin agar maali wus’at na ho to beharhaal Qurbani ka waqt hai is wajah se Qurbani dena hi awla (ziyadah behtar) hai. Aur is mein koi harj ki baat nahi ke bachpan mein us ka aqeeqa nahi huwa tha kiunki aqeeqa Sunnat e Mu’akkadah hai is wajah se zaroori nahi hai ke pehle aqeeqa dena wajib hai tabhi Qurbani de sakte hain yani baghair aqeeqa kiye bhi Qurbani de sakte hain.

*❀Musafir ki Qurbani:❀*
Musafir haalat e safar mein Qurbani de sakta hai, Nabi ﷺ ne safar mein Qurbani di hai chunancha Sahih Muslim mein Hazrat So’ban Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai:
ذَبَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضَحِيَّتَهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : يَا ثَوْبَانُ، أَصْلِحْ لَحْمَ هَذِهِ. فَلَمْ أَزَلْ أُطْعِمُهُ مِنْهَا، حَتَّى قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Nabi ﷺ ne (apni Qurbani ke janwaron mein se) Qurbani ka ek janwar zabah kar ke farmaya: So’ban! Is ke gosht ko durust kar lo (saath le jaane ke liye tayyar kar lo) Phir main woh gosht Aap ﷺ ko khilaata raha yahan tak ke Aap ﷺ Madinah tashreef le aaye.
*(Sahih Muslim: 1975)*

*❀Qurbani ke bade janwar mein aqeeqa ka hissa:
Bade janwar mein aqeeqa dena Ahadees se saabit nahi hai sirf Qurbani dena saabit hai woh bhi sirf gaaye, bail aur oont mein. Jab bade janwar mein aqeeqa dena hi saabit nahi to is mein kayi bachchon ke aqeeqa ka hissa daalna kaise sahih hoga?

 Baaz ulama ne bade janwar mein aqeeqa ko jaaiz kaha hai un ke yahan bhi ek janwar mein kayi bachchon ka hissa daalna sahih nahi hai kiunki aqeeqa mein har bachche ki taraf se khoon bahaane ka hukm hai.


Salman bin Amir Zabbi Radhiallahu Anhu kehte hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya:
مَعَ الْغُلَامِ عَقِيقَةٌ، فَأَهْرِيقُوا عَنْهُ دَمًا، وَأَمِيطُوا عَنْهُ الْأَذَى​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Ladke ki paidaish par aqeeqa hai, lehaza (janwar zabah kar ke) us ki taraf se khoon bahaao aur us se gandagi door karo.
*(Tirmizi: 1515)*
❗Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko *Sahih* kaha hai.

Aksar musalmano ke yahan Eid e Qurban ke mauqe par ek bade janwar mein Qurbani ke saath bachche ke aqeeqe ka bhi hissa liya jaata hai jo ke Sunnat ki sareeh mukhalifat hai. Agar taaqat hai to bachche ki taraf se mustaqil janwar ka aqeeqa den aisa karne se Sunnat poori hogi aur taaqat nahi ho to na den is par Allah taala mu’aakhza nahi karega.

*❀Qurbani se mutalliq aakhri chand baatein:❀*
*➊ Pehli baat:* Qurbani ke janwar ki fazeelat mein koi Sahih Hadees saabit nahi hai lehaza baalon waale aur mote taaze janwaron ki fazeelat wali za’eef Ahadees bayan na karen, Pul e Siraat par mota janwar tezi se guzarne waali Hadees bhi za’eef hai.
*➋ Doosri baat:* Qurbani ke wujoob ke liye logon mein jo Zakat ka nisaab mashhoor hai woh saabit nahi hai bas itni si baat hai ke Qurbani ka janwar khareedne ki taaqat ho.
*➌ Teesri baat:* Qurbani ka janwar zabah karne ki bajaye us ka paisa sadqa karna sahih nahi hai, na hi us ka gosht ya us ki khaal bechi jaayegi albatta zaati istemaal mein laa sakte hain, faqeer o miskeen hadiye mein mila gosht bech sakta hai. Ujrat mein qassab ko Qurbani ka gosht dena jaaiz nahi, tohfa mein kuch dena mana nahi.
*➍ Chauthi baat:* Hajj ki Qurbani aur Eid ki Qurbani dono alag alag hain is liye dono ko ek samjhna ghalat hai.
*➎ Panchween baat:* Qurbani ke sahih hone ke liye ikhlaas ke saath mazeed 5 sharait hain:
*①* Mansoos jins mein se ho
*②* Musnah (daanta ho)
*③* Apni milkiyat ho
*④* Hadees mein bayan kardah chaaron aib se paak ho
*⑤* Qurbani ke jaaiz awqaat mein Qurbani di gayi ho.


*➏ Chaththi baat:* Qurbani ke janwar se mutalliq mukhtalif bid’aat o khurafaat hain. Alag alag ilaaqe mein alag alag qism ki bid’aat raaij (phaili hue) hain, kahien janwar ko sajaana, kahien janwar ki numaish karana (aur yeh shehar aur gaaon har jagaah aam ho raha hai) balki TV aur akhbar par us ki khabrein chhapwaana, zabah ke waqt janwar ko wuzu aur ghusl karana, us ke khoon ko mutabarrik samajh kar gharon, sawariyon aur bachchon ke jismon par malna ya usi janwar ke baalon aur peshani par malna waghera. Is qism ke kaamon ko sawab ki niyyat se karna gunah ka baa’is hai kiunki jo deen nahi use deen bana lena bid’at hai aur har bid’at gumraahi hai aur har gumraahi jahannum mein le jaane waali hai.

Qurbani ke Ahkaam o masail. Part 03

Qurbani ka waqt Eid ki namaz ke fauran baad shuru ho jaata hai, khutba khatm hona zaroori nahi aur yeh bhi zaroori nahi ke pehle Imam saheb hi Qurbani den. Bara bin Aazib Radhiallahu Anhuma ne bayan kiya ke Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne Eid-ul-Azha ki Namaz ke baad khutbah dete huwe farmaaya:


مَنْ صَلَّى صَلَاتَنَا وَنَسَكَ نُسُكَنَا، فَقَدْ أَصَابَ النُّسُكَ، وَمَنْ نَسَكَ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ فَإِنَّهُ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ وَلَا نُسُكَ لَهُ


*◈Tarjumah:◈* Jis shakhs ne hamaari Namaz ki tarah Namaz padhi aur hamaari Qurbani ki tarah Qurbani ki us ki Qurbani sahih hue lekin jo shakhs Namaz se pehle Qurbani kare woh Namaz se pehle hi gosht khaata hai magar woh Qurbani nahi.
*(Sahih Bukhari: 955)*

Yeh Hadees batlaati hai ke Eid ki Namaz se pehle Qurbani sahih nahi hai lekin Eid ki namaz ke baad Qurbani karna sahih hai.
Eid ki namaz ke baad se Qurbani ka waqt shuru ho kar 13 Zul-Hijjah ke Maghrib ka sooraj doobne par khatm ho jaata hai yani Qurbani ke chaar din kitaabullah aur Sunnat e Rasool ﷺ se saabit hain. Is silsile mein bahut saare dalail hain, Hujjat ke liye ek daleel hi kaafi hai. Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai:
كُلُّ عَرَفَةَ مَوْقِفٌ وَارْفَعُوا عَنْ عُرَنَةَ وَكُلُّ مُزْدَلِفَةَ مَوْقِفٌ وَارْفَعُوا عَنْ بَطْنِ مُحَسِّرٍ وَكُلُّ فِجَاجِ مِنًى مَنْحَرٌ وَكُلُّ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ ذَبْحٌ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Poora Arafat wuqoof (theharne) ki jagah hai aur Uranah se hat kar wuqoof karo (thehro) aur poora Muzdalifah wuqoof (theharne) ki jagah hai aur Waadi e Muhassir se hat kar wuqoof karo (thehro) aur Mina ka har raasta Qurbani ki jagah hai aur Tashreeq ke tamam din zabah karne ke din hain.
*(Sahih ul Jami’: 4537)*

Ayyaam e Tashreeq kehte hain, 11, 12 aur 13 Zil-Hijjah ko.

*❀Zabah karne ke aadaab aur tareeqa:❀*
Zabah karte waqt janwar ko qibla rukh litaaya jaaye, yeh Sunnat hai. agar ghair e qible par zabah kar liya gaya ho to bhi koyi harj nahi. Qurbani dene waala khud se zabah kare, agar zabah karna us ke liye mushkil ho to koyi bhi us ki jagah zabah kar de. Jab janwar zabah karne lagen to chure ko tez kar len taaki janwar ko zabah ki kam se kam takleef mehsoos ho.
Zameen par qibla rukh janwar lita kar tez churi us ki gardan par chalaate huwe bolen «بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ» *(Sahih Muslim: 1965)* Itni dua bhi kaafi hai aur niyyat ka talluq dil se hai. Yeh dua bhi padh sakte hain:
بِاسْمِ اللهِ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرْ أَللهُمَّ هذا مِنْكَ وَلَكَ اَللھُم َّھذَا عَنِّيْ وَعْن أهْلِ بَيْتِيْ

Yeh dua bhi padhna sunnat se saabit hai:
إنِّي وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَالسَّمَاْوَاتِ وَاْلأَرْضِ حَنِيْفًا وَمَاْأَنَاْمِنَ الْمُشْرِكِيْنَ، إِنَّ صَلاْتِيْ وَنُسُكِيْ وَمَحْيَاْيَ وَمَمَاتِيْ لِلّهِ رَبِّ اْلعَاْلَمِيْنَ، لَاْشَرِيْكَ لَه’وَبِذالِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَاْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِيْنَ، بِاسْمِ اللهِ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرْ أَللهُمَّ هَذا مِنْكَ وَلَكَ أَللهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّيْ وَمِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِيْ​
*❗Is Hadees ko Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne Mishkaat ki takhreej mein sahih qarar diya hai aur Shoaib Arnout ne is ki tehseen ki hai.*
Zabah karne mein chand baatein dhiyaan rahe. Zabah karne waala Aqil o baaligh musalman ho, kisi khoon bahaane waale aale (instruments) se zabah kiya jaaye, zabah mein saans ki nali aur khaane ki ragein kaatni hain aur zabah karte waqt Allah ka naam lena hai. Be-namazi ki Qurbani aur us ke zabeeha ke mutalliq jawaz aur adm e jawaz mein ulama ke darmiyan ikhtilaaf hai. Main yahan itna zaroor kahunga ke tark e Namaz (Namaz chhodna) bil-ittifaq kufr hai. Qurbani dene waala ya zabah karne waala apne is amal se pehle tauba kare aur aind Namaz ki pabandi ka ehad kare. Aurat apni Qurbani apne haathon se kar sakti hai aur Qurbani din ki tarah raat mein bhi ki jaa sakti hai.

*❀Gosht ki taqseem:❀*
Qurbani ka gosht teen hisson mein taqseem karna zaroori nahi hai balki Mustahab hai kiunki Qurbani ki asal khaana aur khilaana hai, bache huwe gosht ko zakheera karne mein bh‬i koyi harj nahi. Ghair Muslim ko Qurbani ka gosht diya jaa sakta hai, is silsile mein jayyid ulama ke fataawe hain.

*❀Qarz le kar ya jo maqrooz ho us ka Qurbani dena:❀*
Jise Qurbani ki wus’at o taaqat ho wohi Qurbani kare aur jo Qurbani ki taaqat nahi rakhta use rukhsat hai is liye Qurbani ki khatir qarz lene ki zaroorat nahi hai. Jo hamesha se Qurbani dete aa rahe the achanak ghareeb ho jaayen ya qarze mein doob jaayen unhein mayoos nahi hona chaahiye aur qarz ke boojh se Qurbani nahi karni chaahiye balki farakhi aur wus’at ke liye Allah se dua karni chaahiye. Agar koyi mamooli taur par maqrooz ho, qarz chukaane aur Qurbani dene ki taaqat rakhta ho to use Qurbani deni chaahiye, isi tarah achanak Eid ul Azha ke mauqe se kisi ka haath khaali ho jaaye aur kahien se paise ki aamad ki umeed ho aur aise shakhs ko ba-asani qarz mil jaaye to Qurbani deni chaahiye kiunki us ke paas paisa hai magar haath mein maujood nahi hai.

*❀Haaji ki taraf se Qurbani:❀*
Hajiyon ke upar Eid ul Azha ki Qurbani zaroori nahi hai, un ke liye Hajj ki Qurbani hi kaafi hai lekin Eid ul Azha ki Qurbani dena chaahe to de sakta hai. Ya ek soorat yeh ho sakti hai ke haaji apne peeche ghar waalon ke liye itna paisa chhod jaaye taaki woh log Qurbani de saken.

*❀Nabi ﷺ ki taraf se Qurbani:❀*
Nabi Kareem ﷺ ki taraf se Qurbani dene ka koyi suboot nahi milta hai, Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum se ziyadah Nabi ﷺ se koyi mohabbat nahi kar sakta magar un mein se kisi se bhi Nabi ﷺ ke naam se Qurbani karna saabit nahi hai. Jo log Nabi ﷺ ke naam se Qurbani karne ka jawaz pesh karte hain un ka istedlaal un riwayaat se hai jin mein Nabi ﷺ ne apni janib aur ummat ki janib se Qurbani ki hai:
ثُمَّ أَخَذَهَا، وَأَخَذَ الْكَبْشَ، فَأَضْجَعَهُ، ثُمَّ ذَبَحَهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَمِنْ أُمَّةِ مُحَمَّدٍ ثُمَّ ضَحَّى بِهِ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Phir Aap ﷺ ne churi li, mendhe ko pakda, us ko litaya, phir zabah karte waqt farmaya «بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَمِنْ أُمَّةِ مُحَمَّدٍ» Allah ke naam se, aye Allah! Muhammed (ﷺ) ki taraf se aur Muhammed (ﷺ) ki aal ki taraf se aur Muhammed (ﷺ) ki ummat ki taraf se is ko qubool kar, phir us ki qurbani ki.
*(Sahih Muslim: 1967)*

Yeh riwayat Sahih Muslim ki hai, is se yun istedlaal kiya jaata hai ke Ummat e Muhammediya mein zinda murda dono shaamil hain lehaza Nabi ﷺ ki taraf se bhi Qurbani kar sakte hain. Halaanki yeh istedlaal durust nahi hai kiunki yahan Ummat e Muhammediya se murad zinda log hain, is baat ki ta’eed un riwayaat se hoti hai jin mein «عَمَّنْ لَمْ يُضَحِّ مِنْ» ke alfaaz warid hain *(dekhen: Abu Dawood: 2810)* goya Aap ﷺ ne apni ummat ke un logon ki taraf se Qurbani ki jo Qurbani nahi kar sake the.
Agar Ummat e Muhammediya mein faut ho chuke logon ko bhi shaamil kar liya jaaye tab bhi Nabi ﷺ ki taraf se Qurbani nahi saabit hoti ziyadah se ziyadah yeh kaha jaa sakta hai ke zinda ki taraf se Qurbani karte huwe mayyit ka naam liye baghair aise aam kalimaat istemaal kiye jaa sakte hain.
Nabi ﷺ ki taraf se Qurbani karne ki ek aur riwayat hai jo Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu se hai:
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُضَحِّي بِكَبْشَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَالْآخَرُ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ : أَمَرَنِي بِهِ - يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَلَا أَدَعُهُ أَبَدًا​
*Tarjumah:* Ali Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke woh do mendhe ki Qurbani karte the ek Nabi ﷺ ki taraf se aur doosra apni taraf se, is baare mein un se poocha gaya to unhon ne kaha ke mujhe is ka hukm Nabi ﷺ ne diya hai mein ise chhod nahi sakta.
*(Tirmizi: 1495)*
*Yeh riwayat saabit nahi hai, is ki sanad mein Shareek bin Abdullah bin Abi Shareek kaseer ul khata hone ki wajah se za’eef hai aur us ka Shaikh Abul Hasana Hasan Kofi Majhool hai.*
*Isi liye Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne is riwayat ko za’eef qarar diya hai, is se bhi daleel nahi pakdi jaa sakti.*
Goya Nabi ﷺ ki taraf se Qurbani karna sunnat se saabit nahi, kisi ke liye jaaiz nahi hai ke Nabi ﷺ ke naam se Eid ul Azha par Qurbani kare.

Ashra e Zil-Hijjah ki badi fazeelat hai, is mein bade bade aamaal anjaam diye jaate hain, un aamaal mein se ek ahem tareen amal Allah ki qurbat ki niyyat se Qurbani karna hai. Qurbani janwar zabah karne aur gosht khaane ka naam nahi hai, yeh eesaar o jaan-nisari, taqwa aur mominaana soorat o seerat ka haamil hai, is liye Qurbani karne waalon ko apni niyyat khalis rakhni chaahiye aur Qurbani Allah ki raza ke liye karni chahiye. Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:


لَنْ يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلَٰكِنْ يَنَالُهُ التَّقْوَىٰ مِنْكُمْ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Allah Taala ko Qurbaniyon ke gosht nahi pahunchte na un ke khoon balki use to tumhaare dil ki parhezgaari pahunchti hai.
*(Surah Al-Hajj, Surah No: 22 Ayat No: 37)*

Aur Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَى أَجْسَادِكُمْ، وَلَا إِلَى صُوَرِكُمْ، وَلَكِنْ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى قُلُوبِكُمْ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Beshak Allah tumhaare jismon aur tumhari sooraton ko nahi dekhta balki tumaahre dilon ko dekhta hai.
*(Sahih Muslim: 2564)*

*❀Qurbani ka hukm:❀*
Qurbani ke hukm mein ahl e ilm ke darmiyan ikhtilaaf paaya jaata hai, Imam Abu Hanifa Rahimahullah ko chhod ke baqiya aimma e salasah (teen imaam) aur jamhoor ahl e ilm se Sunnat e Mu’akkadah hona manqool hai. Dalail ki roshni mein yahi maslak qawi (mazboot) maloom hota hai. Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai:
إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ هِلَالَ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ، وَأَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يُضَحِّيَ فَلْيُمْسِكْ عَنْ شَعَرِهِ، وَأَظْفَارِهِ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Jab tum Zil-Hijjah ka chaand dekh lo aur tum mein se koyi shakhs Qurbani karne ka irada rakhta ho to woh apne baalon aur nakhuno ko (na kaate) apne haal par rehne de.
*(Sahih Muslim: 1977)*

*Is Hadees mein «وَأَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ» ka lafz ikhtiyaari hai yani jo Qurbani karne ka iraada rakhta ho woh Qurbani kare goya Qurbani wajibi hukm nahi ikhtiyaari mu’aamla hai.*

Sunan Tirmizi (Hadees No: 1506) mein Qurbani ke adm e wujoob se mutalliq ek riwayat hai jise Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne za’eef kaha hai. Us Hadees ko Imam Tirmizi Rahimahullah ne Hasan Sahih kehne ke baad likha hai ke ahl e ilm ka isi par amal hai ke Qurbani wajib nahi hai balki Rasoolullah ﷺ ki sunnaton mein se ek Sunnat hai aur is par amal karna Mustahab hai. Sufyan Thauri aur Ibn e Mubarak Rahimahumallah ka yahi qaul hai.
*Shaikh Ibn e Baz Rahimahullah* ne Sunan Tirmizi ki is riwayat ko zikr kar ke mashroo’iyyat ka hi hukm lagaya hai lekin yaad rahe Qurbani Mashroo’ aur ikhtiyaari hone (yani wajib na hone) ke bawjood jo is ki taaqat rakhe aur Qurbani na kare us ke liye badi wa’eed hai. Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai:
مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ سَعَةٌ وَلَمْ يُضَحِّ فَلَا يَقْرَبَنَّ مُصَلَّانَا​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Jis shakhs ko (Qurbani ki) wus’at ho aur woh qurbani na kare to woh hamaare Eidgaah ke qareeb na aaye.
*(Ibn e Majah: 3123)*
❗Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko *Hasan* kaha hai.

*Tambeeh:* Sunan Tirmizi: 1507 ki riwayat mein zikr hai ke Aap ﷺ ne Madinah mein 10 saal qiyam kiya aur har saal Qurbani ki, *is riwayat ko Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne za’eef kaha hai.*

*❀Qurbani ki fazeelat:❀*
Qurbani Ibrahim Alaihissalam ki Sunnat hai, Allah Taala ne ise baad waalon ke liye bhi baqi rakha, Allah ka farmaan hai:
وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الْآخِرِينَ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Aur hum ne is (chalan) ko baad waalon ke liye baqi rakha.
*(Surah As-Saaffaat, Surah No: 37 Ayat No: 108)*

Zul-Hijjah ke 10 din Allah ko behad azeez hain, in dino mein anjaam diya jaane waala har ek amal Allah ko pasand hai, un mein ek behtareen aur mehboob amal Qurbani bhi hai. Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai:
أَعْظَمُ الْأَيَّامِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ ثُمَّ يَوْمُ الْقُرِّ​
*Tarjumah:* Allah ke nazdeek sab se azeem din yaum un Nahr (Qurbani ka din) phir yaum ul Qurr (Mina mein Hajiyon ke theharne ka din) hai.
*(Sahih ul Jami’: 1064)*

*❀Qurbani ki hikmat:❀*
Qurbani ki bahut saari hikmatein hain un mein sab se ahem taqwa aur Allah ka taqarrub (qurbat) haasil karna hai, Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ​
*Tarjumah:* Aap farma dijiye ke beshak meri Namaz, meri Qurbani, mera jeena aur mera marna yeh sab khalis Allah hi ke liye hai jo saare jahan ka maalik hai.
*(Surah Al-An’aam, Surah No: 6 Ayat No: 162)*

Jo Qurbani is maqsad ko poora karne se qaasir ho woh Allah ke nazdeek maqbool nahi hai.

*❀Qurbani karne waalon ke haqq mein:❀*
Jo Qurbani ka iradah kare woh 1 Zul-Hijjah se Qurbani ka janwar zabah hone tak apne baal aur naakhun na kaate. Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai:
إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ هِلَالَ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ، وَأَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يُضَحِّيَ فَلْيُمْسِكْ عَنْ شَعَرِهِ، وَأَظْفَارِهِ​
*Tarjumah:* Jab tum Zil-Hijjah ka chaand dekh lo aur tum mein se koyi shakhs Qurbani karne ka irada rakhta ho to woh apne baalon aur nakhuno ko (na kaate) apne haal par rehne de.
*(Sahih Muslim: 1977)*

Jo log Qurbani karne ki taaqat na rakhen agar woh bhi baal aur nakhun ki pabandi karen (yani na kaaten) to Allah ke hukm se Qurbani ka ajr paayenge.

Nasai, Abu Dawood, Ibn e Hibban, Daraqutni, Baihaqi aur Hakimsamet kayi kutub e Hadees mein yeh Hadees maujood hai. Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-’Aas Radhiallahu Anhuma bayan karte hain ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya:
مِرْتُ بِيَوْمِ الْأَضْحَى عِيدًا، جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لِهَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ. قَالَ الرَّجُلُ : أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ لَمْ أَجِدْ إِلَّا مَنِيحَةً أُنْثَى، أَفَأُضَحِّي بِهَا ؟ قَالَ : لَا، وَلَكِنْ تَأْخُذُ مِنْ شَعْرِكَ وَأَظْفَارِكَ، وَتَقُصُّ شَارِبَكَ، وَتَحْلِقُ عَانَتَكَ، فَتِلْكَ تَمَامُ أُضْحِيَّتِكَ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ​
  *◈Tarjumah:◈* Mujhe Azha ke din ke mutalliq hukm diya gaya hai ke use ba-taur e Eid manaun jise Allah Taala ne is ummat ke liye muqarrar kiya hai. Ek aadmi ne kaha: Bataiye ke agar mujhe doodh ke janwar ke siwa koyi janwar na mile to kya main us ki Qurbani kar dun? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: Nahi, balki apne baal kaat lo naakhun aur moonchhen tarash lo aur zer e naaf (naaf ke neeche) ki safaayi kar lo. Allah Taala ke haan tumhaari yahi kaamil Qurbani hogi.
*(Abu Dawood: 2789)*

*Is Hadees ko Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne ek rawi Esa bin Hilal Sadafi ki wajah se za’eef kaha hai magar doosre Muhaddiseen se un ki tauseeq bhi saabit hai.*
Baal aur nakhun ki pabandi se mutalliq ek baat yeh jaan len ke yeh pabandi sirf Qurbani karne waalon ki taraf se hai ghar ke doosre log mustasna hain (yani woh is hukm mein shamil nahi) lekin sabhi pabandi karna chahein to achchi baat hai. Doosri baat yeh hai ke woh aadmi jis ne ghaflat mein 40 dino se baal aur nakhun nahi kaata tha aur us ko Qurbani deni hai is haal mein ke Zul-Hijjah ka chaand bhi nikal aaya hai aisa shakhs waqayi bohat bada ghaafil hai, agar baal aur nakhun takleef ki hadd tak badh gaye hon to use khatm kar le (kaat le), Allah mu’aaf karne waala hai warna chhod de.
Qurbani dene waale ne bhool kar apna baal ya naakhun kaat liya to us par koyi gunah nahi lekin jis ne jaan boojh kar baal ya naakhun kaata hai us par tauba lazim hai.

*❀Qurbani ka janwar:❀*
8 tarah ke janwaron ki Qurbani jaaiz hai, un mein bakri, bhed, gaaye aur oont ka nar o maddah (male aur female) shaamil hain, un janwaron ko chaar qism ke aibon se paak hona zaroori hai. Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai:
لَا يَجُوزُ مِنَ الضَّحَايَا : الْعَوْرَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَوَرُهَا، وَالْعَرْجَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَرَجُهَا، وَالْمَرِيضَةُ الْبَيِّنُ مَرَضُهَا، وَالْعَجْفَاءُ الَّتِي لَا تُنْقِي​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Chaar tarah ke janwar Qurbani mein jaaiz nahi: Kaana jis ka kaanapan zahir ho, langda jis ka langdapan wazeh ho, mareez jis ka marz wazeh ho aur itna kamzor janwar ke us mein gooda tak na ho.
*(Nasai: 4376)*
❗Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko *Sahih* kaha hai.

Is Hadees se maloom hota hai ke Qurbani ka janwar qawi aur sehatmand ho. Khassi, gaabhin aur doodh dene waale janwar ki Qurbani jaaiz hai. Janwar khareedne ke baad us mein aib paida ho jaaye masalan taang ya seeng ya daant ya haddi toot jaaye, kaan kat jaaye, bemaar ho jaaye to us ki Qurbani ki jaa sakti hai kiunki yeh honi hai use koi taal nahi sakta us haal mein aadmi ma’zoor hai lekin agar koyi dobarah khareedne ki taaqat rakhta ho aur Hadees mein mazkoor chaar aibon mein se koyi aib khareedne ke baad paida ho jaaye to dobarah khareed le. Qurbani ke liye mutayyan janwar bechna, hadiya karna ya girwi rakhna jaaiz nahi hai aur na hi use baarbardari (samaan laane le jaane) ke liye istemaal karna jaaiz hai.
Qurbani ka janwar masnah (daanta) hona chaahiye, masnah kehte hain aisa janwar jis ke doodh ke agle do daant toot kar nikal aaye hon.

*❀Ek janwar poore gharaane ki taraf se kaafi:❀*
Qurbani ka ek janwar chaahe bakra/bakri hi kiun na ho ek gharaane ke poore afraad (logon) ki taraf se kaafi hai. Ek gharaane ka matlab yeh hai ke ghar ke poore afraad Qurbani karne waale ke saath hi rehte hon aur Qurbani dene waala un sab ke kharch ka zimmedaar ho neez woh saare rishtedaar hon. Jis ka chulha alag ho woh alag Qurbani karega. Ata bin Yasar kehte hain ke main ne Abu Ayyub Ansari Radhiallahu Anhu se poocha:
كَيْفَ كَانَتِ الضَّحَايَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ فَقَالَ : كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُضَحِّي بِالشَّاةِ عَنْهُ، وَعَنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ، فَيَأْكُلُونَ، وَيُطْعِمُونَ، حَتَّى تَبَاهَى النَّاسُ، فَصَارَتْ كَمَا تَرَى​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Rasoolullah ﷺ ke zamaane mein Qurbaniyan kaise hoti thien? Unhon ne kaha: Ek aadmi apni aur apne ghar waalon ki taraf se ek bakri Qurbani karta tha, woh log khud khaate the aur doosron ko khilaate the yahan tak ke log (kasrat e Qurbani par) fakhr karne lage, aur ab yeh soorat e haal ho gayi jo dekh rahe ho.
*(Tirmizi: 1505)*
❗Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko *Sahih* kaha hai.

*❀Qurbani ke bade janwar mein shirkat:❀*
Bade janwar gaaye, bail aur oont mein saat log ya saat gharaanon ke log ek ek hissa le kar shareek ho sakte hain. Jabir bin Abdullah Radhiallahu Anhu kehte hain:
اشْتَرَكْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْحَجِّ، وَالْعُمْرَةِ؛ كُلُّ سَبْعَةٍ فِي بَدَنَةٍ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ لِجَابِرٍ : أَيُشْتَرَكُ فِي الْبَدَنَةِ مَا يُشْتَرَكُ فِي الْجَزُورِ؟ قَالَ : مَا هِيَ إِلَّا مِنَ الْبُدْنِ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* Hum Rasoolullah ﷺ ke saath Hajj o Umrah mein saat (7) aadmi ek Qurbani mein shareek huwe to ek aadmi ne Hazrat Jabir Radhiallahu Anhu se poocha kya ehraam ke waqt se saath laye gaye Qurbani ke janwaron mein bhi is tarah shirakat ki jaa sakti hai jaise baad mein khareede gaye janwaron mein shirakat ho sakti hai? Unhon ne jawab diya: Woh bhi saath laye gaye Qurbani ke janwaron hi ki tarah hain.
*(Sahih Muslim: 1318)*

Jahan tak mendha, bakra aur bakri ka masla hai to yeh ek ghar ke poore afraad ke liye kaafi hai jaisa ke upar zikr kiya gaya hai lekin is mein doosre ghar waale ki taraf se shirakat nahi hogi.

*❀Bhains ki Qurbani ka hukm:❀*
Qurbani ke jaanwar ke mutalliq Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ ۖ مِنَ الضَّأْنِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْمَعْزِ اثْنَيْنِ ۗ قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ أَمَّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَرْحَامُ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ ۖ نَبِّئُونِي بِعِلْمٍ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ¤ وَمِنَ الْإِبِلِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ اثْنَيْنِ​
*◈Tarjumah:◈* (Paida kiye) aath (8) nar o maada yani bhed (sheep) mein do qism aur bakri mein do qism Aap kahiye ki kya Allah ne in dono naron ko haram kiya hai ya dono maada ko? Ya us ko jis ko dono maada pet mein liye huwe hon? Tum mujh ko kisi daleel se to bataao agar sachche ho. Aur oont mein do qism aur gaye mein do qism…..
*(Surah Al-An’aam, Surah No: 6 Ayat No: 143 and 144)*

Allah Taala ne naam le kar aath (8) qism ke Qurbani ke janwar ki ta’een kar di jabki khaaye jaane waale janwar be-shumaar hain. *Aath (8) qism:* Do qism Bakri nar o maada, do qism Bhed (sheep) nar o maada, do qism oont nar o maada aur do qism gaaye nar o maada. Goya in aath (8) qismon mein Qurbani ke liye naven (9th) kisi janwar ko shaamil nahi kiya jaayega. In qismon mein bhains ka zikr nahi hai. Kaha yeh jaata hai ke Arab mein us waqt bhains famous nahi thi aur yeh gaaye ki jins se hai. Is ka hukm wahi hai jo gaaye ka hai chaahe Zakat ke liye ho, Qurbani ke liye ho ya goosht khaane aur doodh peene ke taur par ho. Yeh baat sahih hai ke bhains Arab mein muta’araf (introduced) nahi thi magar bhains duniya mein maujood thi, Allah us ka khaaliq hai woh koyi baat bhoolta nahi. Agar chaahta to Qurbani ke janwar ki fehrist (list) mein use bhi zikr kar sakta tha.


Khulasa ke taur par mera yeh kehna hai ke bhains halal janwar hai, us ko Qurbani ke masle mein jhagde ki wajah na banaayi jaaye, seedhi si baat hai agar hamaare yahan Quran mein mazkoor aath (8) qismon mein se kisi qism ka janwar paaya jaata hai to uski Qurbani karen jis mein koyi shak nahi aur na ikhtilaaf hai albatta kayi ahl e ilm ne bhains ko gaaye ki jins se maana hai aur is bunyaad par uski Qurbani ko jaaiz thehraya hai. Arab ke ulama bhi bhains ki Qurbani ko jaaiz kehte hain. Is liye kisi ka dil is par satisfied ho to us par kisi qism ka force na kiya jaaye.

Qurbani ke Chaar Dino ke Dalail. (Quran o Sunnat ki Raushani me)

         Qurbani Ibadat hai aur Ibadat ke saarey aa’maal tauqeefi hotey hain. Unhein theek usi tarah anjaam diya jayega jaisa shariyat se saabit hai. Sahih qaul ki roshni mein Qurbani Sunnat e Mo’akkadah hai jisey taaqat hai woh Qurbani karey aur jo taaqat nahi rakhta wo Qurbani na karey lekin jo qurbani ki taaqat rakhey aur Qurbani na karey us ke liye sakht wa’eed hai.
Is mukhtasar se mazmoon mein Qurbani kitney din hai is par Kitaab o Sunnat ki roshni mein bahes ki jayegi aur yeh dekha jayega ke Qurbani ke din teen (3) hain ya chaar (4)❓
Qurbani kehtey hain
وَهِيَ مَا يُذْبَحُ مِنْ النَّعَمِ تَقَرُّبًا إلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى مِنْ يَوْمِ الْعِيدِ إلَى آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ
Tarjumah: Na’am (yani cattle mein se makhsoos janwaron) mein se Allah Taala ke taqarrub ki khaatir jisey Eid ke din se le kar Ayyam e Tashreeq ke aakhir tak zabah kiya jaye woh qurbani hai.

Qurbani ke dino mein “Ayyam e Tashreeq” ki badi ahmiyat hai, Ayyam e Tashreeq ka maf-hoom aur us ki ta'een se Qurbani ke dino ko jan-na bohot aasaan ho jayega.
Agarchey Ayyam e Tashreeq kuch ahl e ilm ke nazdeek chaar din hain magar rajeh (sab se sahih) qaul ke mutaabiq Ayyam e Tashreeq teen din hain yani 11, 12 aur 13 Zul-Hijjah. Tashreeq ka meaning hai: Roshan hona aur Chamakna. Tareekh (history) se pata chalta hai ke Arab waley Hajj kartey waqt Ayyam e Tashreeq yani 11, 12 aur 13 Zul-Hijjah ko Qurbani ka gosht kaat kaat kar Mina ki pahadiyoon par sokhney ke liye rakh detey jab us par sooraj ki shu’aa (rays) padti to gosht chamak uthta is wajah se unhein Ayyam e Tashreeq kaha jaaney laga.

Ayyam e Tashreeq Ke Teen (3) Din
▪ Ayyam e Tashreeq ke pehley din ko Yaum ul Qurr «يَوْمُ الْقُرّ» (yani theharney ka din) kaha jaata hai kiyunki us din Hujjaj (Pilgrims, Hajis) Mina mein thehartey aur raat guzartey hain.
▪ Ayyam e Tashreeq ka doosra din Yaumun nafrul awwal «يَوْمُ النَّفْرِ الْأَوَّل» (yani nikalney ka pehla din) kehlata hai, us din Haji ko Rami e Jamarat (رمی جمرات) ke baad sooraj doobney se pehlay ta’jeel karney ki ijazat hai.
▪ Ayyam e Tashreeq ka teesra din Yaumun nafrus saani «يَوْمُ النَّفْرِ الثَّانِي» (Mina se nikalney ka doosra din) kehlata hai, yeh Hajiyon ke liye Rami e jamarat ka aakhri din hai, Rami (رمی) ke baad Mina chor detey hain.
Allamah Ibn e Hajar Rahimahullah Ayyam e Tashreeq ki wajah e tasmiyah (naam rakhney ki wajah) bayan kartey huwe likhtey hain:
وَسُمِّيَتْ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ لِأَنَّ لُحُومَ الْأَضَاحِيِّ تُشَرَّقُ فِيهَا أَيْ  تُنْشَرُ فِي الشَّمْسِ ، وَقِيلَ : لِأَنَّ الْهَدْيَ لَا يُنْحَرُ حَتَّى تُشْرِقَ الشَّمْسُ
Tarjumah: Ayyam e Tashreeq (yani 11, 12 aur 13 Zul-Hijjah) ko Ayyam e Tashreeq is liye kaha jata hai ke un dino mein Qurbani ke gosht ko dhoop mein sookhney ke liye failaya jaata hai. Is silsiley mein yeh baat bhi kahi gayi hai ke (in dino ko Ayyam e Tashreeq is liye kaha jata) kiyunki Qurbani ke janwar sooraj chamakney se pehlay zabah nahi kiye jatey.

Maulana Inaamullah saheb Qaasmi likhtey hain:
Is qaul ‘yani wajah e tasmiyah waley qaul’ ki wajah se Ayyam e Tashreeq jitney dinon ke liye bola jaayega, un dino ka talluq zabeeha aur Qurbani se hoga. Kiyunkai kisi aisey din ko jis mein Qurbani jaayez na ho, Tashreeq ka din nahi kaha jaa sakta isliye jab yaumun nahar (Qurbani ka din yani 10 Zul-Hijjah) ke baad teen (3) dino ko ummat ke ijmaa’ ke saath Ayyam e Tashreeq kaha gaya hai to Qurbani bhi yaumun nahar (Qurbani ka din yani 10 Zul-Hijjah) ke baad teen (3) dino tak jaayez hogi.

Ayyam e Tashreeq ka maf-hoom jan-ney se yeh baat bilkul wazeh ho jaati hai ke Qurbani ke chaar (4) din hain aik din (yani yaumun nahar) to Qurbani ke naam se hi jaana jaata hai baqi teen (3) din Ayyam e Tashreeq ke naam se jaaney jaatey hain. Yeh baat Quran o Hadees, Aasaar e Sahaba aur Tabi’een aur A’immah ke aqwaal se bhi saabit hai.

Qurbani Ke Char (4) Din Ke Dalail Quran e Kareem Se
Allah Taala ne Quran e Majeed mein Farmaya hai:
وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ فِي أَيَّامٍ مَعْدُودَاتٍ ۚ فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَنْ تَأَخَّرَ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ ۚ
Tarjumah: Aur Allah Taala ki yaad in ginti ke chand dinon (yani Ayyam e Tashreeq) mein karo, do (2) din ki jaldi karney waley par bhi koi gunah nahi, aur jo peechay reh jaye us par bhi koi gunah nahi….

Mazeed doosri jagah Farmaya:
وَيَذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ فِي أَيَّامٍ مَعْلُومَاتٍ عَلَىٰ مَا رَزَقَهُمْ مِنْ بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ ۖ
Tarjumah: Aur in (Ayyam e Tashreeq ke) maloom dinon mein Allah ke diye huwe chaupaayon par Allah ka naam zikr karen.

Ayyaam e Maloomat (ايام معلومات) aur Ayyaam e Ma’doodat (ايام معدودات) Ayyam e Tashreeq hi hain, is par ummat ka ittefaaq hai. Imam Raazi aur Allamah Shaukani Rahimahumallah wagera ki kitaab dekh satkey hain.

Ta’jeel ke do (2) din aur Takheer wala aik din, poorey teen (3) din bantey hain. In teen dino mein Qurbani ke janwaron ko Allah ka naam ley kar zabah karney ka hukm diya gya hai. Goya Ayyam e Tashreeq Zul-Hijjah ki 11, 12 aur 13 tareekh hue aur Zul-Hijjah ki dus (10) tareekh to sabhi ko maloom hai usay yaumun nahar (yani Qurbani ka din) kaha jaata hai.
Is tarah Allah ki aasmani kitaab Quran ne yeh faisla kar diya ke Qurbani ke char (4) din hain. Aur woh hain: Yaumun nahar (yani 10  Zul-Hijjah) aur Ayyam e Tashreeq (yani 11, 12 aur 13 Zul-Hijjah).

Chaar (4) Din Qurbani Ke Dalail Sahih Ahadees se
Is silsiley mein bhi kai Ahadees hain. Kuch ka yahan zikr kiya jaa raha hai.
▪Pehli Hadees▪
أنَّ النبيَّ صلَّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ قال لرجلٍ من غِفارٍ قُمْ فأذِّنْ أنه لا يدخلُ الجنَّةَ إلا مؤمنٌ وأنها أيامُ أكلٍ وشربٍ أيام مِنًى زاد سليمانُ بنُ موسى وذَبحٍ يقول أيامُ ذبحٍ
Tarjumah: Aik Sahabi se marwi hai ke Allah ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne aik Ghaffari Sahabi se kaha ke tum khadey ho jaao aur elaan kar do ke jannat mein sirf momin hi jayenge aur Ayyam e Mina (Ayyam e Tashreeq) khaney peeney ke din hain. Ibn e Jareej kehtey hain ke un ke shaikh Sulaiman bin Musa ne isi Hadees ko bayan kartey huwe zabah ke lafz ka izafah kya hai, yani woh yeh bhi riwayat kartey they ke yeh zabah ke din hain.

Is Hadees mein Ayyaam Mina ka zikr hai. Ayyaam e Mina ma’roof (famous) hain, yeh teen din hain 11, 12 aur 13 Zul-Hijjah. In ayyaam (dino) ko khaney aur peenay ka din kaha gaya hai jis se saaf zahir hai ke yeh ayyaam (din) Qurbani ke hain. Balki kuch riwayaat mein zabah ki bhi sarahat aai hai ke ayyaam e Mina zabah (Qurbani) karney ke ayyaam (din) hain jis se ma’ney ki ta’een mein madad milti hai.
Yeh riwayat Hadees ki kai Kitaabon mein bhi maujood hai, aik jagah hai:
أَيُّها الناسُ إن رسولَ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّم قال : إنها لَيْسَتْ أيامَ صومٍ إنها أيامُ أكلٍ وشُرْبٍ .
Tarjumah: Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu elaan kar rahay they ke aye logo! RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai: Yeh ayyaam (Ayyam e Tashreeq) rozay ke nahi hain balki khaney aur peenay ke hain.

Aik jagah Hadees ke yeh alfaaz hain:
”إنها أيام طعم وذكر“
Yani yeh khanaey aur zikr karney ke ayyaam (din) hain.
Yeh Hadees Imam Muslim Rahimahullah ki shart par hai.

Sahih Muslim mein is tarah se hai:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَهُ وَأَوْسَ بْنَ الْحَدَثَانِ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ فَنَادَى ‏"‏ أَنَّهُ لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلاَّ مُؤْمِنٌ ‏.‏ وَأَيَّامُ مِنًى أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ
Tarjumah: Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne K’ab bin Maalik Radhiallahu Anhu aur Aus bin Hadathan Radhiallahu Anhu ko Ayyam e Tashreeq mein bheja ke woh elaan kar den ki jannat mein sirf momin hi jayengey aur ayyaam e Mina (Ayyam e Tashreeq) khaney peenay ke din hain.

▪Doosri Hadees▪
يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ وَيَوْمُ النَّحْرِ وَأَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ عِيدُنَا أَهْلَ الإِسْلاَمِ وَهِيَ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ
Tarjumah : Arafah ka din, Qurbani ka din aur Ayyam e Tashreeq hamari Eid hain aur yeh khaney peenay ke ayyaam (din) hain.
 Abu Dawood: 2419, Tirmidhi: 773 and Nasai: 3004
Is Hadees ko Sheikh Albani Rahimahullah ne Sahih Tirmidhi mein, Sahih Nasai mein aur Sahih Abu Dawood mein Sahih kaha aur “Irwa ul Ghaleel: 4 / 130” mein Muslim ki shart par qarar diya hai.
Is Hadees mein Eid ke din ko Ayyam e Tashreeq se alag kiya gaya hai jo is baat ki khuli Daleel hai ke Ayyam e Tashreeq Eid ke baad se terah (13) tareekh tak hai.

▪Teesri Hadees▪
كلُّ أيامِ التشريقِ ذَبحٌ
Kai Sahaba e Kiraam is Hadees ko riwayat kartey hain. Jubeer bin Mut’im, Abu Sa’eed Khudri aur Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhum riwayat kartey hain ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Tashreeq ke saaray din zabah (Qurbani) ke din hain.

❗Is Hadees ko Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne Hasan kaha hai.

Yeh Hadees mukhtasar magar meaning ke aitbaar se bohot wazeh hai ke Ayyam e Tashreeq Qurbani ke ayyaam (din) hain. Is ma’ney ki thodi lambi riwayat is tarah hai.
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
كُلُّ عَرَفَةَ مَوْقِفٌ وَارْفَعُوا عَنْ عُرَنَةَ وَكُلُّ مُزْدَلِفَةَ مَوْقِفٌ وَارْفَعُوا عَنْ بَطْنِ مُحَسِّرٍ وَكُلُّ فِجَاجِ مِنًى مَنْحَرٌ وَكُلُّ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ ذَبْحٌ
Tarjumah: Poora Arafat wuqoof (theharney) ki jagah hai aur Uranah se hat kar wuqoof karo (thehro) aur poora Muzdalifah wuqoof (theharney) ki jagah hai aur Waadi e Muhassir se hat kar wuqoof karo (thehro) aur Mina ka har raasta Qurbani ki jagah hai aur Tashreeq ke tamam din zabah karney ke din hain.

Chunkey Ayyam e Tashreeq Qurbani aur khaney peenay ke din hain is wajah se un dino mein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne roza rakhney se mana farmaya hai:
نهَى عن صومِ ستَّةِ أيَّامِ من السَّنةِ : ثلاثةُ أيَّامِ التَّشريقِ ، ويومُ الفِطرِ ، ويومُ الأضحَى ، ويومُ الجمعةِ مختصَّةٌ من الأيَّامِ
Tarjumah: Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne saal mein che (6) dino ka roza rakhnay se mana kya hai. Woh hain teen din Ayyaam e Tashreeq ke, Eid ul Fitr ka din, Eid ul Azha ka din aur dino mein se khaas Juma ke din.

Aik doosri jagah in dino ke mutalliq Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
من كان صائمًا فليُفطرْ فإنهنَّ أيامُ أكلٍ وشربٍ
Tarjumah: Jo rozay se ho woh roza tod day kiyunki yeh khanay aur peenay ke din hain.

Upar zikr kiye gaye dalail ki roshni mein chaar (4) din Qurbani ka wazeh saboot milta hai, aksar ahl e ilm ki bhi yahi raaye (opinion) hai Imam Shaukani Rahimahullah ne Hadees “كل أيام التشريق ذبح” Ko samney rakhtey huwe yeh istedlaal kiya hai:
أَنَّ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ كُلَّهَا أَيَّامُ ذَبْحٍ ، وَهِيَ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ وَثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ بَعْدَه
Tarjumah: “Tamam Ayyaam e Tashreeq zabah ke din hain aur woh Yaumun Nahar (Qurbani ke din) ke baad teen (3) din hain”.

Chaar Din Qurbani ka suboot Sahaba e Kiraam Se
Kai Sahaba e Kiraam se bhi chaar (4) din Qurbani ka Qaul aur Amal milta jin se upar zikr kiye gaye dalail ki mazeed wazahat aur Ta'eed hoti hai:
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ : الْأَضْحَى ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ بَعْدَ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ
Tarjumah: Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma farmatey hain: Qurbani Yaumun Nahar (yani 10 Zul-Hijjah) ke baad teen (3) din (yani 11, 12 aur 13 Zul-Hujjah ke din) hai.

Is ki Sanad Zaeef hai lekin isi maf-hoom ki baat Ibn e Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma se kai sanadon se manqool hai jis se is riwayaat ki ta’eed hoti hai.

Isi tarah Imam Nawawi Rahimahullah ne Sahih Muslim ki sharah mein Imam Shafi'ee Rahimahullah ka maslak batatay huwe likha hai:
قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ : تَجُوزُ فِي يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ وَأَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ الثَّلَاثَةِ بَعْدَهُ
Tarjumah: Imam Shafi'ee Rahimahullah farmatey hain ki Qurbani Yaumun Nahar (Qurbani ka din) aur us ke baad teen (3) din Ayyaam Tashreeq mein karna jaayez hai.
Us ke baad Imam saheb ne Sahaba samet is maslak ke qaeleen (قائلین) ke kuch naam zikr kiye hain. Ibaarat (sentence) is tarah hai:
وَمِمَّنْ قَالَ بِهَذَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، وَجُبَيْرُ بْنُ مُطْعِمٍ ، وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَعَطَاءٌ ، وَالْحَسَنُ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، وَعُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَسَدِيُّ فَقِيهُ أَهْلِ الشَّامِ ، وَمَكْحُولٌ وَدَاوُدُ الظَّاهِرِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُمْ
Tarjumah: Yani Imam Shafi'ee Rahimahullah ke mauqif ki tarah Ali bin Abi Taalib, Jubair bin Mut’im, Ibn e Abbas, Ata , Hasan Basri, Umar bin Abdul Aziz, Sulaiman bin Musa Asadi (Shaam ke faqeeh), Mak-hool aur Dawood Zahiri wagera ka bhi mauqif hai.

Zaad ul Ma’aad mein Allamah Ibn e Qaiyim Rahimahullah likhtey hain:
قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : أَيَّامُ النَّحْرِ يَوْمُ الْأَضْحَى ، وَثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ بَعْدَهُ
Tarjumah: Ali bin Abi Talib Radhiallahu Anhu ka qaul hai: Ayyaam e Nahar (yani Qurbani ke din) Eid ka din aur us ke baad teen (3) din hain.

Imam Ibn e Qaiyim Rahimahullah aagey likhtey hain:
Ahl e Basrah ke Imam Hasan, ahl e Makkah ke Imam Ata bin Abi Rabah, ahl e Shaam ke Imam Auzaa’ee Rahimahumullah aur fuqaha e ahlehadees ke Imam Shafi'ee Rahimahullah ka maslak yahi hai aur Ibn e Munzir Rahimahullah ne bhi isay hi ikhtiyar kiya hai, aur is liye kiunki teen (3) din yeh Mina aur Rami e Jamarat (رمی جمرات) ke saath khaas hain, aur yahi Ayyaam e Tashreeq hain, aur in ke rozay rakhna haram hai, pas jab yeh teeno din in tamam ahkam mein aik jaisay hain (barabar hain) to phir bagair kisi daleel aur Ijma ke zabah karney (yani Qurbani karney) ke jaayez honay mein kaisey farq kiya jaa sakta hai.
Aur do mukhtalif wajhon se Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se marwi hai jsimein se aik doosrey ko taqwiyat deta hai. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
”كُلُّ مِنًى مَنْحَرٌ ، وَكُلُّ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ ذَبْحٌ“
Tarjumah: Mina saara ka saara nahar karney ki jagah hai, aur saaray ke saaray Ayyaam e Tashreeq zabah karney ke din hain.

Chaar Din Qurbani Ka Suboot Taba’een Se
Sahaba e Kiraam ke alawah ummat ke bohot se Taba’een aur Taba’ Taba’een se chaar (4) din Qurbani ka suboot milta hai. Abhi abhi Imam Nawawi Rahimahullah ke kalaam se kuch Sahaba aur Taba’een ka mauqif maloom ho gaya.
Ata bin Rabah, Hasan Basri, Ameer ul Mo’mineen Umar bin Abdul Aziz, Imam Zohri, Ibrahim Nakha’ee, Mak-hool, Awzaa’ee aur Sulaiman bin Musa Rahimahumullah se chaar (4) din ki Qurbani ka mauqif ahl e ilm ne apni kitabon mein naqal kiya hai.

1⃣ Imam Tahhawi Rahimahullah farmatey hain:
Imam Hasan aur Imam Ata ne kaha hai ke Qurbani Ayyaam e Tashreeq ke aakhri din tak (yani Eid se le kar chaar (4) din tak) hai.

2⃣ Imam Abu Abdullah al-Mahamili Rahimahullah farmatey hain:
Hasan Basri Rahimahullah kehtey they ke Tashreeq ke tamam dinon mein (yani Eid ul Azha samet chaar dinon: 10, 11, 12, aur 13 Zul-Hijjah mein) Qurbani ki jaye.
 Amaali al Mahamili riwayato ibne Yahya al Bai’, Page No: 89 and Imam Baihaqi ne bhi is ko Sunan al Kubra mein Hammad ke tareeq se naqal kiya hai. Aur iski sanad Sahih hai: 9 / 499

3⃣ Imam Baihaqi Rahimahullah farmatey hain:
Umar bin Abdul Aziz Rahimahullah ne kaha hai ke Qurbani Eid ke din aur us ke baad teen (3) din hai (yani poorey chaar din Qurbani hai).
 Sunan al Kubra Lil-Baihaqi: 9 / 499, iski Sanad Sahih hai
In ke alawah bohot se Taba’een ne chaar (4) din Qurbani ka mauqif ikhtiyar kiya hai.

Chaar Din Qurbani aur Aimma e Arba’a (4 Imam)
Aimma e Arba’a (yani 4 Imam) mein se Imam Shafi'ee Rahimahullah ne chaar (4) din ki Qurbani ka wazeh mauqif ikhtiyar kiya hai. Aap ke mauqif se mutalliq upar Imam Nawawi Rahimahullah ka qaul guzar chuka hai jis mein char (4) din ki Qurbani ka zikr hai. Imam Shafi'ee Rahimahullah ne apni kitaab “Al-Umm” mein Qurbani ka aakhri waqt zikr kartey huwe likha hai:
فَإِذَا غَابَتْ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ ، ثُمَّ ضَحَّى أَحَدٌ ، فَلَا ضَحِيَّةَ لَهُ
Tarjumah: Jab Ayyam e Tashreeq ke aakhri din (yani 13 Zul-Hijjah) ko sooraj doob jaaye phir uske baad koi Qurbani karey to us ki Qurbani nahi hogi.
 Kitab ul Umm (Shafi'ee): 2 / 244
Aur aik qaul ke mutabiq Imam Ahmed bin Hambal Rahimahullah ka bhi yahi maslak maloom hota hai. Baqi Imam Abu Hanifah Rahimahullah ki taraf teen (3) din ki Qurbani mansoob ki jati hai, isi tarah Imam Maalik ka mauqif bhi teen (3) din Qurbani ka hai.
Aayaat, Ahadees, Sahaba ke Aasaar, Taba’een aur Imamon ke alawah ulama ki aik badi tadaad chaar (4) din ki Qurbani ke qaail (قائل) hain. Un ki list bohot lambi hai un mein se kuch ke naam neechey zikr kiye jaa rahey hain:
Imam Ibn e Munzir, Imam Baihaqi, Imam Nawawi, Sheikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah, Imam Ibn e Qaiyim, Imam Ibn e Kaseer aur Imam Shaukaani Rahimahumullah wagera. Article lamba na ho jaaye is darr se yahan un ke aqwaal aur mazeed ulama ke naam bayan nahi kiye ja rahey hain.

Teen Din Qurbani Ka Jaizah
Ahnaaf ke nazdeek Qurbani sirf teen (3) din hi jaayez hai, unhon ne apney mauqif ki ta’eed (support) mein kuch daleelein paish ki hain, yahan un ka jaizah paish kiya jaa raha hai:
مَنْ ضَحَّى مِنْكُمْ فَلاَ يُصْبِحَنَّ بَعْدَ ثَالِثَةٍ وَفِي بَيْتِهِ مِنْهُ شَىْءٌ
Tarjumah: Jis ne tum mein se Qurbani ki to teesrey din wo is halat mein subah karey ki uske ghar mein Qurbani ke gosht mein se kuch bhi na ho. (yani teen din ke baad apney ghar mein gosht na rakhey)

Is Hadees se istedlaal kiya jaata hai (yani is Hadees se yeh daleel di jaati hai) ke is mein sirf teen (3) din Qurbani ka gosht rakhney ka hukm hai is liye is se saabit hota hai ke Qurbani teen (3) din hai.
Is ka jawab yeh hai ke Pehli baat is mein gosht jama (store) karney se mana kiya gya hai na ke teen (3) din se ziyadah Qurbani karney se mana kiya gya hai. Doosri baat yeh ki is Hadees ke aagey ke alfaaz mein khud hi is ishkaal ka jawab mil jata hai.
فَلَمَّا كَانَ الْعَامُ الْمُقْبِلُ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَفْعَلُ كَمَا فَعَلْنَا عَامَ الْمَاضِي قَالَ ‏"‏ كُلُوا وَأَطْعِمُوا وَادَّخِرُوا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ الْعَامَ كَانَ بِالنَّاسِ جَهْدٌ فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ تُعِينُوا فِيهَا
Tarjumah: Us ke baad wala saal aaya to Sahab ne kaha ki Aye Allah ke Rasool! Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam: Kya hum is saal bhi pichley saal (last year) ki tarah hi karen? To RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Khao, khilaao aur jama (store) karo kiyunki pichley saal to logon ko tangi thi isliye mein ne chaha ke tum logon ki is tangi mein madad karo.

Is ke alawah Sahaba ke kuch aasaar zikr kiye jatey hain jo sabit nahi hain.

Hatmi (Conclusive, last) faisla sunaatey huwe yeh kaha jaayega ke Qurani Aayaat, Sahih Ahadees aur aksar Salaf e Saliheen se isi baat ka suboot milta hai ke Qurbani ke poorey chaar (4) din hain. Jamaat e Ahl e Hadees ka yahi muttafiqah mauqif hai. Hindustan ke ulama ke alawah Pakistan aur Arab ke badey badey ulama ne bhi isi raaye (opinion) ki sarahat ki hai (yani isi opinion ko ikhtiyaar kiya hai). Majlis kibaar ul ulama, Saudi Arab ka bhi yahi Fatwa hai.

Qurbani ki Fazilat Aur uska Maqsad.

   QURBANI KI FAZEELAT AUR USKA MAQSAD. 

          بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

          QURBANI KI TAREEF
Qurbani ka lughwi ma’na
1.”Qurbani wo janwar hai jo Allah ki raah me Qurban kiya jaaye”
(firozul-lughat:953)

2.”Qurbani wo amal hai jisse Allah Ta’ala ka qurb(nazdeeki) hasil kiya jata hai.”
(Al qamoosul muheet)

              QURBANI KI FAZEELAT
Qurbani Ibraaheem Alailhissalam ki azeem tareen sunnat hai, ye amal Allah Ta’ala ko itna pasand aya ke is amal ko Qiyamat tak musalmano ke liye azeem sunnat qarar diya aur is azeem sunnat ko hamare pyare nabi Mohammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne apna dayemi(hamesha ka)  amal banaya.

Allah Ta’ala farmata hai :
                  “Bas tu apne Rab ke liye namaz padh aur Qurbani kar”
Al-Kausar, Ayah:2

           QURBANI KA MAQSAD
Qurbani ka maqsad mahez Allah ki raza hasil karna, uska qurb talash karna aur taqwa ka husool(hasil karna) hona chahiye, qurbani me kisi makhlooq ki raza talash karna ya Allah ke siwa kisi aur ki khushnudi chahna haram hai. Jaise ki Allah Ta’ala farmata hai:
                     “Aap kah dijiye yaqeenan meri namaz meri qurbani mera jeena aur mera marna khalis Allah ke liye hai. ”
Surah Al-An’aam, Ayah :162

Aur ek dusri jagah pe Allah Ta’ala ne farmaya
                       "Allah ko na to tumhari Qurbaniyo ka gosht pahuchta hai aur na unke khoon, lekin use tumhari taraf se(tumhare dilo ka) taqwa pahuchta hai.”
Surah Al-hajj, Ayah:37

Lehaza Qurbani me Riyakari(dikhawe) ka amal dakhil na ho aur isi tarah qurbani me khilaf e shari’at umoor aur Allah ta’ala ko naraz karne wale bure amal se bacha jaye taki Allah hamari Qurbani qubool kare.

        QURBANI KAB KARNI CHAHIYE 

Qurbani namaz ke baad karni chahiye jaise ke Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
“Jisne namaz se pahle zubah kar liya to uski Qurbani nahi hui. ”
Sahi Bukhari, 5545

Aur dusri jagah farmaya hai:
                    "Jisne namaz se pahle zubah kiya usne mahez apne khatir (janwar)zubah kiya aur jisne namaz(eid) ke bad jaanwar zubah kiya to yaqeenan uski Qurbani puri ho gayi aur usne musalmano ki sunnat pali."

Qurbani kaise kare, Qurbani karne ka sahi tarika kya hai?

 
_*⭕ Qurbani Kis Par Wajib hai Poori. Tafseel*_
 Har woh shakhs jo Musalman, Aaqail, baalig, muqeem ho aur uske paas qurbani ke dino me ya'ani 10 zil hijjah se 12 zilhijjah ke gurub Aaftab tak 52.50 saade bawan tola chandi ki qeemat [Aaj 18 zee qadah 1439 hijri ko India ke rate se nisab 25350 Rs.] Ka zarurat se zaaid (extra) maal saamaan Qarz ki adaygi ke baad maujood ho to us par qurbani wajib hai.

_*⭕Qurbani Karne Ki Kya Fazilat hai ?*_
 Hazrat Ayesha R.Z. se riwayat hai ke Aap _*Ʀαşσσʟαʟʟαн ﷺ​*_ ne irshad farmaya ke zil hajja ki 10 tarikh yani eidul azha ke din insan ka koi amal _*Aℓℓαн Suβнα'ηαнu Wa Tα'αLα*_ ko qurbani se zyada mahboob nahi hai.
 Aur qurbani ka janwar qiyamat ke din apne singo aur baalo aur khuro ke sath zinda hokar Aayega aur qurbani ka khoon zameen par girne se pehle _*Aℓℓαн Suβнα'ηαнu Wa Tα'αLα*_ ki Riza aur maqbuliyat ke maqam par pahunch jata hai, Pas aye khuda ke bando dil ki poori khushi se qurbani kiya karo.
_*Tirmizi sharif, bahawala masaile qurbani 32 bifarqi yasir*_
_*⭕ Qurbani Na Karne Par Kya Waeed hai.*_
 Hazrat abu huraira R.Z. se riwayat hai ke Aap _*Ʀαşσσʟαʟʟαн ﷺ​*_ ne irshad farmaya:
Jis ke paas gunjaish ho (us par qurbani wajib ho) aur us ke bawjud wo qurbani na kare woh hamari eidgah ke qarib bhi na Aaye.

✦ Jabir bin Abdullah radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah salalalhu alaihi wasallam ne eid ke din do maindho ki Qurbani ki, jab Aap sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam unko Qibla rukh kiya to ye kalimat irsad farmaye

*✦ inni wajjahtu wajhiya Lillazi Fataras samawaati wal arda*
*hanifaw wamaa ana minal mushrikeen.*
*innassalaati Wa Nusuki Wa Mahyaya Wa Mamati Lillahi Rabbil A'lameen.*
*La sharika lahu Wa bizaalika umirtu Wa Ana awwalul muslimeen.*
*Allahumma Minka Wa laka Aan Muhammadiw wa ummatihi*
*Bismillahi Wa-Allahu Akbar*

*🔴 Abdullah bin Amr r.a. se riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ek shakhs se farmaya :-*

*“Mujhe Qurbani ke din (daswi Zul hijja) ko Eid manane ka hukm hua hai, Allah taala ne is din ko is ummat ke liye Eid ka din banaya hai”, woh shaks bola: 'Agar mere paas siwaye ek-do dahari (karz par lena) bakri ke kuch na ho to Aap ka kya khayaal hai ?*

*Kya mai is ki Qurbani karun ? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya : “Nahi”, balke tum (qurbani ke din) apne baal, naakhun kato, apni moonchh tarasho aur naaf ke neeche ke baal kaato, to yeh Allah taala ke nazdeek tumhari mukammal Qurbani hai.”*

Jo shaks Qurbani karna chahe is ke haq me ye mashroo hai ke wo Zu’l-Hijjah ka chand nazar aane ke baad apne baal aur nakhun, apne jism ke kisi hisse se koi cheez na le (nikale), Is ki dalail Imam Bukhari r.h. ke alawa Muhaddiseen ki ek jamaat ki riwayat karda Hadith hai:
Sayyada Umme Salma r.a. bayan karti hai ke Allah ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jab tum Zu’l-Hijjah ka chand dekh lo aur tum me se koi ek Qurbani karne ka irada rakhta ho to wo apne baloo aur nakhun (ke katnay) say ruk jaye



Sunan Abu Dawood, Hadith No. 2791 ; Sahih Muslim Hadith No. 1977
Chahe wo Qurbani khud apne hath say zabah kare yah fir isay zabah karne aur kisi ko wakeel banaye, lekin jis ki janib se zabah kiya ja raha hai us ke haq mein mashroo nahi, kyun ke is mein koi cheez warid nahi‼

قَلِيْلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُوْنَ .....{الملک آية ۲۳}

Bhains Ki Hillat (Yaani Bhains Ka Halal Hona)
Bhains Quran o Hadees ki roshni mein halal hai.
Quran se Daleel:
Allah Taala ka irshad hai:
أُحِلَّتْ لَكُمْ بَهِيمَةُ الْأَنْعَامِ إِلَّا مَا يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ
Tarjumah: Tumharey liye maweshi chaupaaye halal kiye gaye hain, siwaaye unkey jin ke naam padh kar suna diye gaye hain.
Surah Al-Maidah, Surah No: 5  Ayat No: 1
Doosri jagah Allah Taala ka irshad hai:
قُلْ لَا أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَىٰ طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ مَيْتَةً أَوْ دَمًا مَسْفُوحًا أَوْ لَحْمَ خِنْزِيرٍ فَإِنَّهُ رِجْسٌ أَوْ فِسْقًا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ ۚ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلَا عَادٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
Tarjumah: Aap keh dijiye ke jo kuch ahkaam Wahi ke zariye meray paas aaye hain un me to main koi haram nahi pata kisi khaney waley ke liye jo us ko khaye, magar yeh ke woh murdaar ho ya ki behta huwa khoon ho ya khinzeer ka gosht ho, kiunki woh bilkul na-paak hai ya jo shirk ka zariya ho ki Ghairullah ke liye naamzad kar diya gaya ho. Phir jo shakhs majboor ho jaye is shart ke saath ke woh na to lazzat chahney wala ho aur na tajawuz karney wala ho to waqaee aap ka Rab Ghafoor ur Raheem hai.
Surah Al-An’aam, Surah No: 6  Ayat No: 145
Quran ki pehli Aayat se pata chalta hai ke qaiday ki roo se saarey janwar halal hain siwaye unkey jin ki hurmat ke barey mein wahi kar di gayi hai. Aur doosri Aayat mein wahi ke zariye Haraam kiye huwe janwar ki nishandahi kar di gayi hai jin mein se Bhains nahi hai. Is liye quran ki roo se Bhains halal hue.
Hadees se Daleel: Qurani qaiday ki tarah Ahadees se bhi is qaiday ki wazahat milti hai ke khushki aur behri (samandar mein rehne waley) saaray janwar halal hain siwaye jin ki hurmat ka elaan kar diya gaya. Khushki ke janwaron mein kuchli daant waley janwar ki momaniyat hai. Isi tarah woh jaanwar bhi Haraam hain jis ke qatl karney ya na karney ka Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne hukm diya ho ya jiski hurmat khud Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne wazeh kar di ho. Murdaar khaney wala janwar bhi mana hai. Janwar ki momanat ke in usool ke tehat Bhains nahi aati jis ki bunyaad par bhains bhi halal thehri.
Ijma se Daleel:
Al-Mausoo’aa Al-Fiqhiyyah, Al-Ijmaa’ aur Al-Mughni waghera mein Bhains ke halal honey par Ijma naqal kiya gaya hai aur Ijma bhi shar’ee daleelon mein se hai.

▪Bhains ka goosht▪
Jo janwar halal hai, us ka gosht khana halal hai.
▪Bhains ka doodh▪
Halal janwar ka doodh peena jaayez hai, jaisa ki gaaye ka doodh.
▪Bhains ka gobar▪
Makool ul Laham jaanwar (Jin ka gosht khaaya jaata hai un) ka gobar paak hai, is ke kai dalail hain aik daleel Bakri ke rehney ki jagah namaz parhney wali Hadees doosri daleel oont (camel) ka peshab peeney wali Hadees hai.
▪Bhains ka peshab▪
Bakri aur Oont (camel) se mutalliq upar zikr kiye gaye dalaail se yeh bhi saabit hota hai ke Makool ul Laham jaanwar (Jin ka goosht khaaya jaata hai un) ka peshab paak hai. Is liye Makool ul Laham jaanwar (Jin ka goosht khaaya jaata hai un) ka peshab ilaaj ke taur par agar istemaal hota ho to is mein koi qabahat nahi lekin shart yeh hai ki ilaaj ke liye maahir Muslim Doctor ki sarahat ho. Yeh baat is liye kahi jaa rahi ke Hinduism mein gaaye ka peshab Aqeedat ke taur par piya jata hai aur usi Aqeedey ke tehat medicines mein bhi peshab milaaya jaa raha hai.
▪Bhains ki Qurbani▪
Qurbani ke jaanwar ke mutalliq Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ ۖ مِنَ الضَّأْنِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْمَعْزِ اثْنَيْنِ ۗ قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ أَمَّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَرْحَامُ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ ۖ نَبِّئُونِي بِعِلْمٍ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ¤ وَمِنَ الْإِبِلِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ اثْنَيْنِ ۗ
Tarjuma: (Paida kiye) aath (8) nar o maada yani bhed (sheep) mein do qism aur bakri mein do qism Aap kahiye ki kiya Allah ne in dono naron ko haram kiya hai ya dono maada ko? Ya us ko jis ko dono maada pet mein liye huwe hon? Tum mujh ko kisi daleel se to batao agar sachchey ho¤ Aur oont mein do qism aur gaye mein do qism…..
Surah Al-An’aam, Surah No: 6  Ayat No: 143 and 144
Allah Taala ne naam ley kar aath (8) qism ke Qurbani ke janwar ki ta’een kar di jabkay khaye jaanay waley janwar be-shumaar hain. Aath (8) qism: Do qism Bakri nar o maada, do qism Bhed (sheep) nar o maada, do qism oont nar o maada aur do qism gaaye nar o maada. Goya in aath (8) qismon mein Qurbani ke liye naveen (9th) kisi janwar ko shaamil nahi kiya jayega. In qismon mein Bhains ka zikr nahi. Kaha yeh jaata hai ke Arab mein us waqt bhains famous nhi thi aur yeh gaaye ki jins se hai. Is ka hukm wahi hai jo gaaye ka hai chahey Zakat ke liye ho, Qurbani ke liye ho ya goosht khaney aur doodh peenay ke taur par ho. Yeh baat sahih hai ke Bhains Arab mein muta’arif (introduced) nahi thi magar bhains duniya mein mojood thi, Allah us ka khaaliq hai woh koi baat bhoolta nahi. Agar chahta to Qurbani ke janwar ki fehrist (list) mein usay bhi zikr kar sakta tha.
Khulasa ke taur par mera yeh kehna hai ke Bhains halal janwar hai, us ko Qurbani ke masle mein jhagdey ki wajah na banaai jaye, seedhi si baat hai agar hamaray yahan Quran mein mazkoor aath (8) qismon mein se kisi qism ka janwar paaya jata hai to uski Qurbani karen jis mein koi shak nahi aur na ikhtilaaf hai albatta kai ahl e ilm ne Bhains ko gaaye ki jins se mana hai aur is bunyaad par uski Qurbani ko jaayez thehraya hai. Arab ke ulama bhi Bhains ki Qurbani ko jaayez kehtey hain. Isliye kisi ka dil is par satisfied ho to us par kisi qism ka force na kiya jaaye.
▪Bhains Ka Aqeeqah▪
Jis tarah Allah Taala ne Qurbani ke mutalliq janwar ki tafseel zikr kar di waisey hi Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se Aqeeqah ke mutalliq bhi janwar ki sarahat maujood hai. Aqeeqah ke liye Sahih Ahadees mein Bakri, Meendha aur Dumba ka zikr milta hai iske bawjood ki gaaye aur oont maujood they. Aqeeqa (Qurbani) Ibadat hai aur Ibadat taqeefi hoti hai, is ke liye daleel chahiye. Lehaza Aqeeqah ke ke liye jin janwar par daleel milti hai hamein unhein ka Aaeeqah karna chahiye.
Kuch logon ne badey janwar for example: Gaaye, bail, oont waghera se Aqeeqa dena jaayez kaha hai. Agar badey janwar mein Aqeeqa ka jawaaz tasleem (qabool) kiya jata hai to aik bohat bada ehtimaal khada ho jata hai woh yeh ke agar gaaye ka Aqeeqah mantey hain to sawal yeh paida hota hai ke is mein aik hissa hoga ya Qurbani ki tarah saat (7) hissey hongey❓
Gaaye ke Aqeeqaey ko jayeez kehne walon mein se kuch ne aik hissa kaha aur kuch ne saat (7) hissa kaha. Chunkay is baat ki koi Daleel nahi jin ko jo munasib laga hukm de diya. Aur yeh maloom hai Qurbani aur Aqeeqah ibadat e tauqeefi hain us mein baghair daleel ke kuch kehna sahih nahi hai.
Isliye un janwar se hi Aqeeqah karen jin par daleel hai. Yahi zada munasib hai aur is mein zada ehtiyaat bhi hai. Jin riwayaat mein Oont aur Gaaye ke Aqeeqah ka zikr hai woh Zaeef hain, un se istedlaal nahi kiya jayega (means daleel ni li jaayegi).
❗Aik Baat Ki Wazahat❗
Kuch log badey zor o shor se yeh daawa kartey hain ke Bhains ka halal hona Quran o Hadees mein mojood nahi, yeh Fiqah ki roshni mein halal hai. Aisay log yeh nahi jantey ke unki is baat ka nateeja kya nikalta hai❓
Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
اتَّخَذُوا أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَانَهُمْ أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَالْمَسِيحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَمَا أُمِرُوا إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا إِلَٰهًا وَاحِدًا ۖ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ سُبْحَانَهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
Tarjumah: Un logon ne Allah ko chor kar apney aalimon aur darweshon (monks) ko apna Rab banaya hai aur Maryam ke betey Maseeh ko halanki unhein sirf aik akeley Allah hi ki Ibadat ka hukm diya gaya tha jis ke siwa koi Ma’bood nahi woh paak hai un ke shareek muqarrar karney se.
Surah At-Tabah, Surah No: 9  Ayat No: 31
Jab yeh Aayat nazil hue to Adi bin Hatim Radhiallahu Anhu (jo Islam qabool karney se pehle Isaai they) bayan kartey hain ke mein ne Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko yeh Aayat tilawat kartey (padhtey) huwe suna to kaha ki aye Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) hum ne un ki kabhi bhi Ibadat nahi ki aur na hum molviyon aur darweshon ko Rab mantey they to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
أَمَا إِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَكُونُوا يَعْبُدُونَهُمْ وَلَكِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا أَحَلُّوا لَهُمْ شَيْئًا اسْتَحَلُّوهُ وَإِذَا حَرَّمُوا عَلَيْهِمْ شَيْئًا حَرَّمُوهُ
Tarjumah: Woh apney ulama ki Ibadat nahi kartey they lekin jab un ke ulama kisi cheez ko halal keh detey to woh usay halal kar letay aur jab woh kisi cheez ko haraam qarar detey to woh bhi usay haraam tasleem kar letay.
Tirmidhi: 3095
Agar koi yeh aqeedah rakhey ke hamari Fiqah ne ya hamaray Imam ne Bhains halal kiya aur is aqeeday se Bhains ka goosht khaye to uska bhi wohi hukm hoga jo Quran mein hai.
Isliye aaj ke baad apney Imaan o aqeeday ki islaah kar len aur aik baat ki khatir akhirat na barbaad karen.
