You must not be chitchatting or hanging

to you and especially if she is not abiding
by the proper hijab. Go and talk to your
sister or mother to convey whatever you
want to say to her providing it is halal.

This is not permissible. It's totally prohibited to give your space
for rent where such haram is happening.

becomes alcohol after 3-days and about this there is a hadith as well. Is it true?

If it's fermented and alcohol is
produced which is intoxicant then it's not permissible, otherwise no problem.

doing ghusl especially of jannaba. No amount of explaination convinces him to take a bath.
What are the ill effects and consequences of this. Can doing this have effect on rizq? Can being in impurity attract the bad jinns?

If he doesn't uplift his major ritual impurity, this means he doesn't pray. If he deliberately
doesn't pray, he is not muslim any more. If he prays while in that state, this is mocking
Islam and an act of apostasy! This person is bad news and you should distance yourself from him.

It's not necessarily true. One of the conditions for repentance to be valid is for
you to feel deep remorse and it can accompany crying or it may not.
